I placed a mobile order on the app and it states you can pick up through the drive thru or counter inside. I go through the drive thru and was told I have to pick up inside only for mobile orders. I come inside and stood at the counter without a greeting for 3 minutes. Then a worker ask everyone in the lobby to give them just a minute as they are working a lot of orders. It took in total about 12 minutes to get my order which isn’t horrible. But I feel bad for other waiting that waited longer. Another issue I noticed is that they didn’t have a good amount of items ready/close to being ready one for example I heard it would be 15-25 minutes before any spicy chicken could be ready. That’s a really long time to wait for fast food. They need to prioritize making more before they run out of a product. The hospitality could be improved too, as I can see the workers are trying but the communication with customers was minimal.

Everyone we order from this Popeyes in Pooler, the food is old or all the food isn’t in the order. It doesn’t matter if we use DoorDash or go thru the drive thru. Half the time the inside is locked and seem the employees are always playing around or high on something. I’ve never had an issue with the Popeyes in Richmond Hill or Rincon but whoever is MANGER over this place; needs to be fired and never giving a food manager job again!! Suppose to be buy get one free chicken sandwich as it shows in the photo and I added another sandwich that we paid for. Popeyes, yall need to do better letting the correct folks to run your place of business.

I had a not ideal night where I placed an order on the mobile app and unfortunately the store had run out of filets by then. Luckily I met the manager named Samaje who was amazing. She ensured me that if I came back any other day she’d be working and would make it right. I came back by today and they were slammed busy and she still had a great attitude and made sure she got my order right and sent me on my way. May not be the quickest Popeyes but they do have a great managing staff.

I placed an online order for several of my employees Thursday 2/20/26 and paid on the web. Order was placed at @4pm for 8pm pickup. My employee arrived at 8pm and was told that the pooler Georgia location didn’t have enough chicken for the order. There was a female in background saying that they didn’t have time to make it and I needed to cancel my order through the web. Not only did this create a huge issue with the employees I was placing a food order for as it also cost time out of our production schedule. I canceled the order, which I did not agree with because it doesn’t reflect the location failed to produce the order I prepaid for. I have opened a ticket and still have not had my money refunded. It is now 5 days later without my corporate card being refunded. The customer service line forces you to a link with automated responses and the physical location doesn’t answer the phone. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant or company for that matter.

We had an amazing experience in the drive through today at 1:00 PM. The drive through employee was so friendly and inviting. Her voice was even upbeat, and she sounded happy to be there. The food was hot and it tasted very fresh. Please give them a shot next time you are on 80.

From the moment I walked in here, I could tell that things behind the counter were not operating efficiently. My coworker placed an order & I was next up but she chose to make the orders she had which wasn’t a problem. Problem came when after she was done she looked dead in my eyes and called on the person behind me. Its been over 20mins, my coworker does not have his food and I still haven’t ordered yet. We are creeping up on 35mins and I still haven’t ordered. Iv never been to a KFC that was this slow. If you have customers waiting please acknowledge them so they know what’s going on. >close the drive thu and take care of the ppl inside your restaurant, then close inside and open the drive thu back up<

Went into the restaurant to pick up my mobile order & when I got home to open the chicken it was raw! Drove back to the store & spoke with the manager on duty & he stated it was nothing he could do. I had to submit a claim through the app which I did & still was told it was nothing they could do besides a 20$ coupon. No I don’t want anyone to remake me chicken that would potentially be raw again & no I do not want a $20 coupon for a $30 meal!

Stopped by Monday and waited an hour for food just for them to hand it to someone else then try to give it to me. Ended up asking for a refund and went to Zaxbys. Then I Stopped by Friday with only 2 people working and they managed to do more with just the 2 of them than the 7 or 8 people that were there on Monday. Shout out Ms. T for doing more with less and still getting the job done!

We ordered the family meal with an extra chicken sandwich. We were supposed to get six pieces of chicken and only received four. The meal was supposed to come with a large red bean and rice and we received rice with NO beans. The sandwiches were all wrong, all three of them. We tried to call the restaurant but no one answered and the mailbox was full. Looking at other’s experiences, DO NOT go to this Popeyes!

I came in the prior night and my order was done incorrectly. Today I came back in to notify them of the issue and Jay helped make my issue so much better by going above and beyond. My food was very hot and made to order and his customer service was impeccable. Great job Jay!!!!
