The food was good, but what truly made our visit enjoyable was Nicole. Even though she was assisting our main server, she went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. She made thoughtful recommendations, and I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken, the Pearl Sugar Waffle, and the Nutella Strawberry Banana Waffle. All of which were delicious. I also got the Brown Sugar Cardamom Latte to go, and it was the perfect finish to the meal.

Customer service means a lot to me, and Nicole’s genuine care and attention made a lasting impression. Thanks to her, we truly enjoyed our time at Waffle Stop. I’ll definitely be back!

This adorable quaint restaurant is so cute. Old school diner with bright decor. I had the pumpkin spice Chai latte with oat milk. And the California scramble with hash browns and toast. So good, very flavorful! Loved everything. Waitress was fast and very nice. We couldn’t decide on what we wanted so we’ll definitely be back!

Read a lot of mixed reviews about this place but decided to give it a try. My husband and I visted the Southern states and found Waffle House. Well Washington state does not have Waffle House. We found Waffle Stop! My husband is super picky about how meals are anywhere we eat and I was worried about coming here. He enjoyed his whole meal. He said the buttermilk waffle tasted better than the other place and the sausage was REAL sausage. And he liked the eggs and hash-browns. Let’s say he was impressed and that is RARE. So I am happy too. They have French press for 2 people and that was a good deal and the coffee was nice hot and strong.

Seriously, one of the best waffle options you will find! They have tons of great breakfast and lunch menu options. It is a bit on the pricier side, so it’s not a common occurrence for me. However, if I’m feeling generous, this is my to go place! Lovely workers And plenty of seating. However, when it is busy- It is very busy and you might have to join a waitlist. I usually don’t mind this, but know that you will most likely be very close to other dining.

The food was phenomenal but the waitstaff could use some improvement. The restaurant is small and very busy. With the restaurant being so small, and our server only having (what looked to be) 3 tables total, she rarely came by and when she did she was quick and not as friendly as the other servers/hosts in the establishment. When we finally saw her (1 of 3 times within the whole 70min experience) and were ready to cash out, she watched very promptly once the card reader gave the option to tip, which was uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the food was GREAT (5+ stars)! Definitely some of the best breakfast food within the area!

I’d actually been wanting to try this place for a long time but always seemed to forget about it when deciding where to eat. We finally made it as part of my brother’s birthday celebration—and it was worth the wait.

There were five of us in our group, and we waited just over 30 minutes to be seated. Honestly, every time I’ve walked or driven by, there’s usually a line outside, so the wait wasn’t surprising.

A few of us tried a cookie butter coffee drink that wasn’t listed on the online menu. It was small, $6.50 a cup, but so good I probably could’ve had four. Pricey, yes—but highly recommended.

I ordered the Split Decision Sampler and thought it was really good overall. I do need to brush up on the different types of waffles, though—I expected at least one of them to be soft, but they were all crisp. I ended up liking my wife’s Bacon Cookie Butter waffle even more. The only downside was that it came with just one waffle. That was fine for her, but if I had ordered it, it definitely wouldn’t have been enough food for me.

My son had waffle fries with his chicken, but none of us were impressed with them—they didn’t have much flavor.

That said, the service was great. Multiple staff members checked in on us, and we felt well taken care of. All five of us enjoyed most of the food, and we’ll definitely be back. I give them a 4.5 out of 5.

A little bit loud but most diners are. Great food, we sat at the counter to avoid the wait. Our server was super attentive and polite, very impressed! Food came out fast and correct even though it was a busy Sunday morning. The cookie butter chai (seasonal?) was SO GOOD!

We visited Waffle Stop on a Sunday morning around 9 AM and were happy to be seated immediately—no wait, which was a great start. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a charming interior perfect for a laid-back breakfast.

We started with fresh-squeezed orange juice ($4 for a small, no refills), which was vibrant and tasty, though a bit pricey for the size. For our meal, my husband had the pearl sugar waffle, beautifully presented on a bright yellow plate and dusted with powdered sugar. It was crisp, sweet, and satisfying. I ordered the mini mess waffle, which came loaded with savory sausage gravy, crisp bacon, and a sprig of rosemary. Underneath all that rich gravy, there were perfectly cooked eggs and a layer of crispy hash browns, adding a hearty and satisfying base to the dish.

The service was excellent—our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without rushing us.

The only drawback was the state of the bathrooms. While the dining area was clean and well-decorated, the bathrooms were noticeably grimy and in need of a deep clean. The dirt and buildup distracted from an otherwise great experience.

Overall, Waffle Stop is a fantastic spot for a casual breakfast with delicious food and great service. If they can give the bathrooms a little more attention, it would be a top-notch spot. Definitely recommend for a laid-back weekend brunch!
