I didn’t know that yall hire bugs but anyways. food was mid. they didnt use globes at all. But me personally I don’t think that the employees should be on their phone not only that, walking away from the customers with her tongue out on facetime, and serving food with her phone on her hand. While i am writing this im still waiting on my milkshake. and they didn’t clean the cup and the lid. never again!!

This is mostly directed to the night crew. Over the Valentine’s Day weekend I went out for dinner pay more money than I wanted to and was still hungry at the end of the night. The only thing open McDonald’s… That was probably the best quarter pounder I have ever had in my life! It was warm it looked just like the picture I mean I don’t know am I going to have to travel all the way down to McDonald’s next weekend just to get a burger maybe LOL. Great service the burger was so hot and fresh amazing!

The woman at the drive thru wasn’t sure if she gave me the right soda, so she took the lid off, and gave it a nice big whiff. Is this standard practice at this location? If she did that right in front of us, I can only imagine what she does when customers aren’t looking. We were so grossed out, our entire order went in the trash.

After placing an order in the app, I picked up my McDonald’s at this location. The service was excellent. The app was user-friendly and the food was delicious but last of not least the workers was fantastic!! very professional. DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT. Who ever works the serving window served me a sloppy cone where the ice cream was more side to side and hollow in the middle than in a swirl causing it to be a hot mess, then they give me my bag and told me to have a good night, I had to ask for my tea, he seemed surprised as he read the screen. He got the tea and I looked in my bag, there were no fries. When I said, “dont I get fries” he said no. I told him, I ordered the meal. He had to read he screan again. To make it worse, the car infront of me had to yell at the window several times just to get the servers attention to get their fries. I should have know it would be the same when I got to the window. The person at the window needs some customer training and care enough to do the job he applied for. We dont get paid to do 30% of a job.

The size of the fish sandwich reduces monthly as the price continues to rise. $2 a bite is ridiculous. With tax the sandwich is over $6. Outrageous! McDonalds is permanently off my list. The French fries were barely warm and soggy. Never again!

Listen.. I know things are tough out there with employees but we waited about 30 minutes in the drive through!! From being told to move forward, to then 12 minutes later a worker coming to the window to ask “what did you order again”. We would have left if it wasnt for ordering through the app.
