Went in to order as my truck is 10 feet tall. Apparently they are only helping people in the drive thru. Can’t rate the food because I can’t order it. That’s okay, I went down the road to DiBella’s subs and they helped me immediately as I walked through the door.

This might be the best Taco Bell ever. They stuff the food super full of cheese and meat. I asked for a couple of everything with the sauces and basically got an entire box. These guys really crush. $20 feeds a family of 6 with leftovers.

My boyfriend and placed an order for 5 tacos with no lettuce and a number 4 crunch wrap meal. The 5 tacos have almost no meat in them and the crunch wrap also has no meat at all. I did not ask for my crunch wrap to not have meat. This isnt the first time this has happened. Really disappointing that this particular taco bell keeps messing up our orders.

Been here twice in the last month. Assumed my first (bad) experience was a fluke, but apparently not. Each time my drive thru order was incorrect and my hard tacos soggy. Also got home and noticed one of the chalupa orders was beef vs the chicken I ordered. CS staff were unhelpful. Will not be returning to this location. Was so bad it’s worth driving past this to Penfield or Irondequoit locations the next time my kids want tacos. Don’t drive away from the drive thru window before checking your *entire* order in detail.

This is gonna be a great review lol. While waiting for my order in the drive through, my car died. Completely out of nowhere. Don’t know why just did. As I told the lady at the window a few of the employees and other customers, I didn’t catch their names unfortunately, helped push my car out of the drive through. Very thankful for their help and goes to show how great the employees are at this location were. Thanks again. As I waited for my assistance with the car I ate my burritos and they were fantastic. 10/10 favorite taco bell much love ❤️

I don’t frequently order from here but have always done in-store pick up as it may be one of the slowest drive-thru’s in Rochester among any fast food joints. While the food is almost always good quality their order accuracy is poor which can be countered with in-store ordering or pick up and checking the items before leaving. I’d encourage you to check your order after you complete the drive thru order and also avoid delivery from this location. I’d say the accuracy is around 40% for me. I’d sometimes wait in store for a few minutes before being asked if I am waiting for an order (while I’m standing in front of the pick up counter and not holding food). So while the quality of the food is good, the speed, attentiveness and accuracy of this location has bumped it down to the three stars I have them.

Honestly the service was wonderful. But there were a few things of notice that need some attention. The ice maker on top of the soft serve cabinet is leaking out the side and the ice coming out is not appetizing so I dumped that out. Soda and nozzles we’re fine. Alot of the toppings for my chalupa we’re odd. Tomatoes were very old and mushy. Meat was great and portion was larger than usual. But bread was old tasting.

I wanted to write this review more to recognize the young lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) working the drive thru this morning (8/20). My six year old son has been begging for Taco Bell breakfast after he saw the commercial a couple months ago and we finally made today. She was patient with us as a 4 and 5 year old made their decision and was kind and courteous as we pulled up. Taco Bell on Empure is lucky to have her! Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

I have usually had a bad experience with Taco Bell they always forget something or something is made with the wrong type of meat but this time it was made perfectly with no mistakes and like extra cheese and it was delicious beyond belief. Thank god for the new management! And great job staff! Y’all deserve a raise!

This place gets it wrong everytime. I have a dairy allergy so I put no cheese no sour cream. they get it wrong and the crunch wrap is falling apart. I go in and they say it’s MY FAULT the order was wrong saying I had to do fresco but I wanted meat not just tomatoes. and they remade it and it was still wrong and awful. the employees in the back are all disrespectful kids who don’t know what they are doing. wouldn’t recommend coming to this place
