I honestly NEVER write a review even if I have a bad experience somewhere but what I just experienced here is ridiculous. First, I spent 50 minutes in the drive through line when there were only 4-5 cars in front of me, this location doesn’t have a way for cars to get out of the line. I finally get my food after nearly an hour and of course missing items, I tell them and they’re very nice about it. I get home and when I open the box, completely wrong, like how do you put wrong items in a box? I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants before and I am very understanding when it comes to wait times but how does this location constantly mess up peoples orders and take so so long every time. Honestly never coming back to this location.

generally I do not post reviews like this but after being shrugged off by the manager on duty… employee running the drive through window was INCREDIBLY rude, I asked to make one of my items a combo with a drink and he replied with a loud sigh and “I wish you would have said something earlier” which I tried to but he kept cutting me off everytime I spoke, no big deal I tell him just add the drink and charge me for it… he says no and then gives me the wrong items, as I pull forward I can here him audibly grumbling on the loud speaker “oh my god, this is ridiculous” – then I go inside to get the correct items and he is complaining that I’m in the wrong loudly from the back, the manager explained that he was just “disgruntled” … if he is so disgruntled have him clean your NASTY bathrooms – not handle the paying customers that keep you afloat. Do better.

Was just here tonight, ordered 4 cheese rollups, a crunchwrap box with loaded potatoes and a 5 layer burrito, a rice and bean burrito, soft taco, and an order of churros.
After we left to continue our trip east we had found that the 4 cheese rollups were missing, and there wasnt a rice and bean but another 5 layer burrito. Its not alot, but almost $8 or better… I wouldnt even post a review, as usually I just let it slide, but Im sure the distraction came from the pretty boys in the lobby vaping and hanging out with one of the employees.. Just disappointing as I have worked many fast food jobs in my youth, taco bell included, and it is not that hard to pack orders correctly and/or double check the order prior to expediting.. And they weren’t even busy at the time, empty lobby and empty drive thru. Just a shame.

I’m not coming back!!
30 Jul ’21 I was very disappointed in not only the service (no one available to take my order for ten minutes) but the dinning area was a unmitigated disaster, trash was on the floor and the tables were not washed. The drink area had spills all over it. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back any time soon!!

messes up my order 8/10 times. only keep going back because their open later than any other fast food place. not sure how it’s that hard to follow instructions on a screen.

I would give them 0 stars but I cant. I showed up at 7:44 am and the doors were locked 2 people were working. So I take my car thru the drive thru and sit there with no response for 5 minutes so I left. Never going back.

If you don’t like your job find a new one, the person working the window a few nights ago looked miserable, and didn’t speak a single word. We were handed out food and drinks then the window shut and did not respond when I said hello or thank you. Terrible customer service

The service was great I ordered a taco box and a Mexican pizza. I live Less Than 3 Mi away, and all my food was cold by the time I get home as well as the soft tacos being completely soggy.

I very much had no desire to celebrate Christmas this late into the spring, however being in the taco bell sparked joy childish glee in my Gordita heart. Despite there being no nacho fries, the coldness from the outdoors brrrr was non existenctant once in the dining with 7 of my best friends. ” why the Xmas songs my good man?” I pondered “why it keeps our spirits bright all year hope you enjoy your value menu nachos” which I did of course
