What happened to this place? It used to have a well thought out theme, a very social and shareable experience, and a hip environment. Now they can’t even get their screen working outside, there is no more live liquid nitrogen infusion, and the staff barely cares. The Milkcreaft decals are pealing off the walls. What a let down.

During my visit to Milkcraft, I was captivated by the menu brimming with inventive flavors. The two selections we made were simply outstanding. The sea salt caramel, embellished with a creative popcorn garnish, was an absolute delight, while the Vietnamese coffee ice cream was a revelation, its distinctive, rich blend offering a tantalizing taste experience far beyond my expectations for typical coffee ice cream. Both our basket waffle and bubble cone were served at the ideal temperature, further enhancing the enjoyment. The ice cream itself was extraordinarily creamy, with the perfect texture that melted delightfully in the mouth. The meticulous attention to presentation was the cherry on top, firmly establishing Milkcraft as one of my top dessert destination that I eagerly anticipate visiting again.

We hired Milkcraft Ice Cream Truck for our “Happily Ever After Party” to celebrate our elopement. Having this truck at our celebration was my only non-negotiable and they did not disappoint. David, the point of contact, was timely and responsive. The staff were all very friendly and got out the ice cream very quick and we had about 140 people line up for this truck. The only complaint we received was that they arrived without marshmallow for their signature s’mores ice cream, though it wasn’t because they came without, but rather the container had exploded on the way there. Despite not having this ingredient, everyone was still pleased and content with what they got. They are reasonably priced, in that you get what you pay for, which is gourmet ice cream. Well worth every penny! Everyone thought this ice cream truck was the coolest thing ever and it really was. Thank you for making our night extra special!

Quite an experience! Ice cream and a show, they make it interesting to observe the process. We had the Smores Campfire in a waffle cone. It was very good. Quite expensive but worth trying if you haven’t.

Amazing place. Great innovative combination they always come up with. Absolutely delicious flavors. The waffle cone are fresh & made to order. You can select the toppings of you choice on ice cream. With covid restrictions they are allowing small groups at a time in the shop so expect a bit of wait time. Great experience, bit overpriced.

Cute, new little ice cream shop in Fairfield. Ice cream is made to order, so each order is fresh. This also means you have to commit all your scoops to one flavor. I got the blue cookie butter and it was very sweet. It is also on the pricey side.

The blue cookie butter and s’mores are the most popular flavors.

Edit: I don’t think I can come back here. I’m not sure what kind of milk or heavy cream they used but it gave me a stomach ache 😡

Nice take on ice cream with funky cones, cups, and toppings in a cool looking place. The ice cream itself is very tasty as are the toppings. It can get expensive with all the add-ons, but worth trying at least once.

Tell me why this particular location is a whole vibe! Nah, like for real! It’s a party! Dope music, cozy ambience, outdoor seating with fire pit, excellent customer service, delicious ice cream!

A very busy ice cream shop specializing in a few unique mashups and some classic flavors. They have bubble cones that are like belgian waffles made fresh for the ice cream that are available in multiple flavors.

Unfortunately if you order multiple scoops it can only be of one flavor so be aware before ordering . Also the bubble cones can melt your ice cream a bit which can then make things quite messy.

Overall really good ice cream.

Drove 40 minutes with my 4 friends for bubble cones, walked in at 9pm and was told that they were all out of bubble cones. What do you mean you’re out of batter? I feel as though they simply did not want to make it. We all left with nothing.
