Christian is awesome! He is so sweet and helped me place a large order with no issues over the phone. He went out of his way to introduce himself and say hey when I arrived to pickup the food. That goes a long way in a job today – my 14 year old daughter even said wow he is so happy and actually loves his job!

Horrible experience starting with the manager who did not give us the correct sauces then charged double for the ones me and my daughter requested. Bathrooms are nasty and covered in graffiti, dining room has broken furniture. Do not stop at this Zaxbys

Came back for the return of the blue zalad. That was pretty good, but the lemon pepper wings are comically tiny.
Food: The chicken fingers have shrunk down in size and are too salty. They got rid of some of my favorite menu items (Buffalo Blue Zalad, $ 5 chicken finger sandwich meal)
Service: Very slow and apathetic. Supposedly the higher prices were to pay better salaries, but you would never know it from the bad attitudes.
Price: Through the roof. If im going to spend $15 on a sandwich or salad and drink I’ll just go to a real restaurant.

Got there, someone ordered lemon pepper and the cashier said they were out of lemon pepper. Cashier then asked back of house if they had lemon pepper, one of the back of house team members held up the lemon pepper seasoning, and the cashier, once again, said they don’t have lemon pepper. A friend ordered a milkshake, cashier said they weren’t doing milkshakes that day. Said friend ordered frozen lemonade, paid, and then was told they were out of frozen lemonade and was given a milkshake. Cheddar bites came out burnt, my toast was cold and hard, girlfriend’s toast was burnt and soft on one side but rock solid on the uncooked side. Ordered extra toast at register, didn’t get it. Also got a 5pc finger plate but only got 4. Food also took 20+ minutes to come out. The restaurant lobby was supposed to close at 10, doors were being locked by 9.

Ordered a wings and things plate and they got the order completely wrong called back and the manager working was super rude and did not care I just wasted $27 for food that I’m not eating as it was not what I ordered at all. Will not recommend this Zaxbys nor will I ever go here. Mistakes happen but the fact she didn’t care or anything is so wrong! Very disappointing.

These days – wings are expensive everywhere. At Zaxbys a 10 piece is 12.99 before tax. Frustrating to get home and the 10 piece – turns out to be a 9 piece. Not a huge deal – but irritating. On a brighter note – the wings were pretty good.

Asked my name but was paying so little attention that they put the wrong name. Put my order in and told me the cost before I could tell them what sauce I wanted for my chicken. So I decided to wait until I got my order. They put sauce in the bag that I didn’t asked for and then charged me for the sauce I asked for. Got to car and the chicken tenders were so small they could have past for nuggets. I worked for a medical transport company so I hardly ever have time to stop to get lunch much less go back when something it wrong.
Zaxbys has always been my favorite place to eat and never once have I been charged for the sauce i ask for with is the same every single time. And I don’t normally write reviews until I want to praise the good service I get but with this is…it was ridiculous
