The service at the location on West Washington in West Bend used to be atrocious. I hear they have a new higher up management guy, and the service has improved. I complimented the worker, who took my money yesterday, how fast the line was moving only to get a reg. Coke instead of diet at the other window! But hey, baby steps!

Went here for the indoor playground. Great play place location. Relatively easy to keep an eye on the kids but wish it were larger. Has good selection of seating. This location has a few issues with getting the order right so check your tray but they make it right when questioned. Food was very good

10:30 pm. Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. Sprite tasted like seltzer water. Lobby was locked and there was a line in the drive-thru, so I walked up to the window. Didn’t want to wait while my food got cold. Was told it would be a while to change. Forty years in the the restaurant business, so I am familiar with bag-in-box systems. It doesn’t take that long to change and run the line thru. At that point, they should have offered to make me a fresh meal. Your employees were presented with an opportunity to win me over, instead they blew it.

McDonald’s has gained the nickname Rotten Ronnies. One complaint I have about McDonald’s is they stack their pickles. They put minimum pickles on the burger to begin with and then they stack them one on top of the other. If the burger maker took roughly .7 seconds to place the two pickles next to each other it probably wouldn’t even make a difference because they would still suck. Maybe some people like their pickle stacked…I am not one of those people. One goes to McDonald’s for the convenience, nobody wants pry open their burger to reposition pickles.

Order was wrong again through the drive thru. Thus why I rarely go to McDonald’s any more. Because almost every time I go the food I get is wrong. I gave McDonald’s a 2nd chance I went again. My order was wrong again. Very disappointing.
