Normally wonderful. I really had the taste for and ordered a crispy chicken. When I received my order, I had a burger. Went to the counter, and they replaced. Trouble is, this is what I got with my chicken. The other bun was worse. Because I had already been up to the counter once (plus my first name), I just ate it. Not the usual quality. Must have been a new employee.

My mushroom Swiss was so greasy the box was soaked with it not to mention the bottom bun was not edible. Onion rings were overly salty. Definitely not worth the price.

Staff members were not friendly whatsoever. Look uninviting and the morale of the place looked depressed. My crispy chicken sandwich came out cold and was definitely not crispy. Usually I expect the fries to be cold and soggy but not from the main entree.

My dad has gone to this Culver’s multiple times and every time he goes he always gets a missing item like pretzel bite, fry, or/and a missing sandwich and after today when they missed an entire sandwich and made him pay for the new chicken sandwich, it was the last straw so he and I will no longer going to this Culver’s due to the horrible hospitality, service, and food service, we will now be going to a different location for better service. Also when I go and dine in there everybody’s atmosphere is so depressing like a little smile couldn’t hurt anybody.
