Was warmly greeted by a very professional server. Knew her product and asked all the right questions. Her name is Bailie and if this is the front then this establishment has done it right. Atmosphere is perfect and have the right vibe. Not from this area so perfect opportunity to try signature style family pizza. I can’t wait to try their pasta dishes. Very authentic, would recommend this place to everyone.

This restaurant has a amazing atmosphere. You can tell the staff enjoys being there. We both had a salad and pizza. The gluten free crust was outstanding. Coffee was on point. We both noticed the kindness and patience our server had for the older couple sitting next to us. Really an amazing experience.

Variety of food available. It’s a small taste of Italy in a way. Not a big establishment, seating is limited inside although they do have an outdoor eating area. Prices are not too expensive. Wait staff was very polite, friendly, made sure that your order was correct, and checked in from time to time. I would definitely eat here again.

We were directed here since Giovanni was full. The restaurant was half full and we were oddly welcomed by the frozen food near the entrance. There were a couple of waitresses but they seemed super busy on a Saturday evening however they were friendly and helpful. Our food came in quick and the fried ravioli was crunchy and tasty. The clam chowder was a bit too watery for my taste but seemed okay. The pizza felt fresh and the chicken was well cooked. Definite recommend.

First off everytime I call there the same young girl answer’s never says anything no hi this is Fratelli’s just dead silent I have to ask just to make sure I called the right place. 3 times now specifically asked for extra sauce and cutlery and she never remembers and her response is (lol o sorry) like one time I totally understand but 3 different times like really I pay good money for my meal I expect for u guys to atleast give me what I ask for it’s really simple. One more time and I will take my business elsewhere …I love the food but these young people just don’t get it unreal.

In my opinion the best restaurant in Sault Ste Marie. We went twice and the experience was great.

Ordered two pizza’s and they were very similar to toppings on wonder bread. There was zero crust and a “wet” line through the middle but brown on the bottom, it had all the indicators of coming right out of the freezer. Neither pizza compared to previous visits or the website pictures but we had to listen to the server tell us “it looks like our crust” as though there was nothing wrong with it. On top of that the 10 wings were so small they looked like they came off a budgie.
Highly recommend not eating here, it has gone down hill.

We picked this restaurant after reading the review. The restaurant indeed was a good pick. We ordered a Prosciuttto Crudo pizza, heard it was very popular. it was very delicious. We also ordered two pastas, Seafood Pomodoro and Spaghetti Alla Carbonara. They both were very tasty. The service was good. The server was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the dinner there, We recommend this restaurnat if you are in town.

Nothing but good things from our time at Fratelli’s. Service? Fantastic. Food? Delicious and filling. Atmosphere? A little compact (the place holds maybe 40-50 people) and simple. We came hungry and left satisfied. For an appetizer, we got toasted (fried) raviolis with flavorful marinara sauce and I had a new england clam chowder which was delicious with its vegetables and plenty of clam pieces.
For the main dishes, I got a delicious and large portion of penne ala calabrese which I would definitely have again. My dad got a teriyaki chicken pasta dish which was tasty but not what he’d get again seeing other better options after ordering. My brother got fettuccini alfredo with chicken which he thought was one of the best fettuccini alfredos he’s had. Our server, Bailey, always came to our table with a smile and was more than willing to get us anything we needed. She’s a great example of the overall friendliness and welcoming nature of the restaurant. Bailey was helpful in explaining that the restaurant itself is interesting in that it’s run by a family with siblings who run other restaurants (Don burger & Giovanni’s next door). Although we didn’t get dessert from being too full, Bailey highly recommended their cheesecakes as they rotate flavors. I also wanted to add that at around 6pm, they served the appetizers after 10 minutes and the main dishes after another 15 minutes with complimentary slices of baguette between the appetizers and main dishes. If we ever come back to Sault St. Claire, we’ll definitely be returning to try more from this great restaurant and friendly staff.

My favorite restaurant in the city. Always ordering from here on nights when I work late and don’t have the energy to cook. Ive only eaten in once. But I can definitely say it was a wonderful experience. Waiter was so kind and food came out pretty fast.
