I don’t normally leave reviews, but sitting & waiting for 20+ minutes after already paying for food seems to be too common of an occurrence for this location. It’s FAST food. I understand that sometimes we have to give people a bit of grace & use some patience, but this happens EVERY time. The staff we’ve encountered is usually very kind & polite, but there’s absolutely no reason for fast food to take that long. It’s any time of day, any day of the week, any amount of customers.

Having to wait 10+ minutes to get your food,
Food is cold by the time it arrives, and more often than not fries are stale and cold. Great salting on the fries however.
Staff is nice and respectful but should maybe put a little more pep in their step.

Every time I come here, the employees are extremely nice and patient given my two wild kids in the backseat lol. Food is ALWAYS fresh, nice and hot, and have never had issues with any orders. Always willing to come out into any weather to deliver meals. And always quickly correct any issue, which is very rare! You guys are awesome! Keep it up yall. Will always be coming back ! Your management and higher management teams should be incredibly proud of the team work here. More than comparable to any other McDonald’s around this area! Thank you for always being a good productive team and establishment! Over 100 percent!

This morning I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. I drove through the drive through and it was a chicken McGriddle. I went back through the drive through and told them my order was wrong. The lady told me to pull up front. Entire drive through was serviced while I am pulled off to the side. I go in and explain what had happened. Her manager told her my sandwich was sitting in a bag. I go back out to my car and it’s a sausage McMuffin with no egg. This is not the first time this has happened at this McDonnalds.

Everytime I go through there drive thru they always have me pull around and park and wait for my food. I’m only one person who spends less than 13$ worth of food everytime. Yet somehow I’m always waiting 15-25 mins each time. I have been timing it since it’s become a more prominent issue lately.

I never leave reviews but felt the need due to food safety and sanitation concerns. I went to this McDonalds for breakfast for the first time and ordered a sausage mcmuffin, and after i took my first bite realized something tasted off. I spit out that bit only to realize that the egg on my sandwich was COVERED in mold. I have tried calling the store to no avail, and have left numerous complaints with no response. It seems as though this McDonalds does not care for the safety of their consumers, and I will not be back to avoid possible further contamination of food.

You always have to be moved ahead in drive thru. I have complained about this to the manager before. It’s rediculous that for a simple order of a cheeseburger and fries that you get moved to a parking spot and wait 15 minutes. The excuse……….we make the food fresh. So explain to me why sometimes you pull up you are handed a burger and fries but most times ypu get pushed into a parking spot. It is not like this at all McDonalds. It is like this at this location in locust. Oh and the inventory is almost always out or short for things like drink trays and bags. Fix it!!!!!!!!

This place seriously needs new management and staff. The employees are rude and clearly lack basic customer service skills. If you can’t communicate respectfully, customer service is not the job for you. There is always something wrong with our order, and they always ask us to pull forward, only to forget we’re even waiting there . Very disappointing experience almost every time.

I ordered gravy biscuit and was not told until I got to the window to pay that it would be 6 minutes wait. I said ok. After waiting over 20 minutes I had to call the store to find out what happened to my order. I was then told it takes 15 minutes for gravy biscuits and they were busy but were making my order now. When they finally brought my order to me I was told that they were giving me a free apple pie. Big deal- my time is worth a lot more than that. Get your act together and stop lying to your customers.
