This was hands down one of the WORST Burger King experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s not an exaggeration. The fries and nuggets were painfully, OBVIOUSLY old — stale, overcooked, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for WAY too long. Dry, sad, and completely lifeless. Nothing about this food was fresh, hot, or even remotely cared for. It honestly felt like it was scraped together from whatever had been sitting around the longest.
When I politely asked if I could get FRESH food, a worker SNATCHED it back and gave me a nasty attitude, like I was being difficult for expecting something edible. I even got straight-up MEAN-MUGGED just for asking, which was awkward, uncomfortable, and completely unnecessary.
The drinks were no better. They tasted OFF and flat, like the machines hadn’t been cleaned or checked in FOREVER.
What really pushed this experience from bad to COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE was the play place. When my child came back from playing, she told me the entire structure was WOBBLY and that SCREWS were LOOSE. That is a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. A play area meant for children should be SECURE and WELL-MAINTAINED, and this one clearly was not. Loose screws and unstable equipment are an ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN, and that is beyond alarming.
Between the TERRIBLE food, RUDE customer service, and an UNSAFE play area for kids, this location is absolutely unacceptable. I would STRONGLY recommend NEVER coming here. Save your money, save your time, and most importantly — KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE by going somewhere else.

I walk up to the counter and proceed to order a double cheeseburger value meal and she rings me up for it. But when I received my order I only got the burger instead of the meal. As I approach her and mention it she says “oh it’s $5 and sum change. Unprofessional if she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t work there, and to top it off she was the manager. I am a kitchen manager myself and her professionalism is trash.

I checked my food and they got my order wrong. They closed the windows at the drive through and I left, then i realized they forgot to give me my soda. The spicy chicken wrap was barely wrapped. Everything fell apart when I opened it. The chicken was the size of my thumb. Not worth my money. The service sucked. The cashier didn’t understand my order either.

This Burger King is consistently awful.
I’ve given the location on Elam Rd in Balch Springs multiple chances, but the service is horrible every single night.
Tonight was the final straw — I waited over 15 minutes at the drive-thru intercom, only to be told to “wait a moment,” and then was completely ignored. No one came back. The line was wrapped around the building, and I eventually had to leave without even placing an order.
To top it off, I could clearly hear employees talking trash through the mic — they forgot to mute it. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing.
This isn’t a one-off experience — it’s like this every night. Long waits, zero urgency, and employees that clearly don’t care. If you value your time or expect decent service, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Every time I complete an online order, something is missing. We ordered combos and my husband didn’t receive the drinks and he didn’t ask about the drinks either. I’m over this location. The phone number on the website is no longer a working number. I want my drinks!!!

Worst BK I’ve ever been to. Its not just a one time situation, the employees rush to get your order but never get the order correct. They are rude and dismissive when mistakes are brought to their attention. I rarely go to this location but when I do, I remember why I avoid the place.

Door says dining room open at 6am I arrived at 6:39 am locked no sign of anyone. I have bigger truck that can’t fit in the drive through. Burger King takes the L per usual.

I ordered the Royal Crispy Chicken and asked for no tomato, no Royal sauce and no tomato and as you can see, they totally ignored me and did whatever they wanted. I tried to call the phone number but it it said the phone number was out of service. Really?!
