Went today 01/06 for a good breakfast lady told me she was alone with an attitude at first she told me to go to the second window WHICH I couldn’t hear so I assumed at first the first window so I waited a lil bit til she waved at me then proceeded with the attitude I still had a smile on my face til I passed by the windows and seen 2-3 others employees….? Aren’t they helping you at least? Anyways bad experience, good food. 🙂

Food sucks on night shift they don’t care and they are very rude my kids were very disappointed when they didn’t get apples and fries and they’re happy meal and I asked for extra onions on the number seven, which is the two cheeseburger meal. I didn’t get extra onions on either of them plus it looks like it’s three days old the bun was hard as a rock. The burger was burnt. I just ended up throwing it away. My kids just ate the chicken nuggets that were like a day old.

I come here every morning for breakfast. I order on the app so it’s ready on the shelf when I get there and they always get my order correct. Made a mobile ordering and the app changed it to this location instead of the 24 hour one. I panicked and drove there pulled in (yes under a minute before they closed but had already made the mobile order 10 minutes prior) and then they proceeded to not talk to me through the drive through until after they closed. I let them know I had already paid and didn’t mean to order from this location and didn’t know they were closing this soon. They said they didn’t have access to their system since they were now closed (even though I got there before)
The drive thru lady was rude and snippy. I truly did not mean to order from this location but after this will never intentionally. I get that they want to go home but now I’m out the money for food and have no food even though I pulled in to the drive thru before they closed.

I ordered medium fries and a medium sprite and was charged $17.34. And they tried to hand me someone else’s order. I didn’t notice what I was charged until I got down the road, but now it makes sense. So I don’t know who paid for mine, but you’re welcome.

I just went to this store and ordered a Large Mocha Frappe “add a shot of espresso”
They didn’t add my shot charged me for it. When I went inside the manager lady just laughed at me and called me a liar.
Refused to fix there mess up which makes it THEFT!!
So even instead of losing.80 I lost over $4.00 because to me it tastes like trash without the espresso!!
Really #Mcdonald are you really so foul that now you have to resort to stealing money from your customers.
McDonald’s used to be good. Used to be!
Now they’re constantly shrinking they’re products and Stealing from their customers!
I will be glad when McDonald’s becomes another Sears or Toy R Us!!!

Young woman in drive thru lane with the fake lashes needs to work on her customer service skills. She was in the drive thru at 8:57 am and I was missing a few items and she got insanely snarky with me. I will call corporate, I’ve been a manager before and she needs to chill, especially if it’s their fault they don’t check what needs to be placed in bags and drinks. She tried to question me because I needed a straw? They forgot one of my sandwiches, a drink and I felt like she was thinking I’m lying when I offered her the bag back and my receipt, I was more than accommodating. The store refuses to answer their phone too.

Asked for no lettuce on 3 Big Macs, my boyfriend is VERY ALLERGIC. The lobby was closed an hour early, they forgot a mcchicken from our order, and didn’t fill the fries all the way. Our food was cold by the time we got everything fixed. Awful service.

Their smoothie/frappe machine is always “not available”. Either fix it, or quit hiring lazy people who don’t want to make smoothies or frappes.
