Absolutely pitiful. The kid working thr drive thru says go around and come back through the drive thru in 2 minutes. 2 minutes? How about just fix the food? Then when we got back he had cars backed up at the end blocking the exit and they wanted $15 an hour. Like I said, pitiful.

My husband and I ate at the Zions Crossroads Taco Bell today 11/09/2025. Let me tell ya’ll the Manager is on point! The crew members are very respectful, and helpful. There was literally no one just standing around, everybody was staying busy. Hands down the cleanest Taco Bell we have ever walked into! Keep up the great work. Your work shows!!

teenagers love this place. Customizing their food on the display, all the cool drinks. Place is reasonably clean and no complaints with service. I would imagine I would take the drive thru on a Fri/Saturday night.

Beautiful restaurant that was clean with clean restrooms. My food was delicious. Located near I-64. With plenty of parking. Only problem they were understaffed and you could only order from the kiosk.

Ordered chicken Catina bowl through drive thru and somehow the chicken was not added. WTH? Normally they are right on it compared to Wendy’s as that place is a train wreck. Please pay a little more attention.

my child and I ordered drive thru last night. Both woke up with severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Maybe it was the hot chicken fries or the lettuce, idk bur TB is our only common denominator. Won’t stop there again
nice to see reviews are monitored, responded to and complaints like these investigated and followed up on!

Cashier rude, fountain machine broken, order not made as well as I’ve had it at other Taco Bells. Cheesy Gordita crunch tortilla hard and old, franks crispy chicken taco had next to no franks sauce on it. Never was greeted or talked to really. Just had my name called for order and my bag thrown on counter as the employee dropped it and walked away

09/19/25 7:10 pm. The gentleman at the counter was both condescending and rude. He requested my name for the order, I gave my name and the proper spelling. He interrupted and stated that he was more than capable of spelling. He then proceeded through the rest of the order in the most sarcastic way possible as if I had insulted him. I like this location, but that interaction has definitely changed my opinion.

I travel a lot for work, so I’ve eaten at more Taco Bells than I care to admit—and this one is in a league of its own. My food is always fresh, my order’s always right, and every tortilla is packed like it’s supposed to be (a concept many Taco Bells clearly struggle with). Service is usually ok and the atmosphere is fine, but the quality here is so good it’s almost suspicious.
