I work on 83rd ave and Peoria so I stop at this burger king often. Everytime Ive had a bad experience, the last two times were the worst so I’m posting. I stopped in on Monday, myself and my gf and we ordered. My girlfriend gave the lady at the counter the money and she gave my gf the receipt. A man walked up to the counter and she gave him his food with no problem. When she called our number, my gf walked up there and she asked her for the receipt, my gf told her she was the one the rung us up, the worker refused to give her the food until she showed the receipt. I asked her why didn’t she ask the guy before is for his receipt when he came to get his food. I’m sorry but I believe she was being racist towards us. Then we went in Wednesday, this time I ordered the food online and went to pick it up. The guy asked me what my name was I told him, he said our order would be right out. I watched this same lady from Monday fix my order, bag it and sit it to the side. We waited 15 min, I then asked the guy where our food was. He asked the lady that had prepared it, she spoke in spanish and started laughing and pointed to our bag of food sitting to the side. I asked him was our food bagged and not given to us 15 min ago? He stated he didn’t know and he apologized. I don’t like to pull the race card but nothing but Hispanics work there, everyone speaks spanish and they are very rude to their black customers. At the end of the day we are all human and if I’m treating you with respect you should show me that same respect.

We stopped by 01-31-2026 around 7:30-7:45pm drive thru young lady was rude over the speaker and kept taking the order wrong.
We thought maybe she just can’t hear us.. we’re never rude to people especially if they’re making our food! We proceed to the window and pay and I start giving the kids their food and I notice I’m missing an item and let them know the young lady and I’m pretty sure it was the manager (male) were like ok give us the bag so I take the food back from the kids to give them their bag and it was because she took our order wrong from the start. Food was cold and drinks were full to the top with ice got 3-4 sips out of it.. The burner king on AVONDALE BLVD AND BUCKEYE. Are wayyy better quality food and better service.

Ordered the sponge bob meal and the burger for some reason did not taste like it was cooked all the way. The meal actually taste like crap is this meal worth 18.00 no way. Its sad its a. Happy meal but did not come with a toy neither. And the float is just an icee lol burger king sucks i will never eat here again. I would post pictures but its not working

I needed to take 4 year old granddaughter to use the restroom before ordering. Leslie at the counter said the restrooms are only for paying customers. She would not let use it until we pay. Instead of buying my granddaughter the kid’s meal I was going to get her, I bought a small drink for $2.72. She asked what kind of drink and told her to make it her choice and give it to someone that comes in saying they are thirsty. I decided to take my granddaughter somewhere else. Never coming to this place again even if my granddaughter cries! Maybe the sales pitch was used since there was no one in the restaurant.

Nice Burger King place to lunch with the kids since they have a playground and some game kiosks. It’s been updated and remodeled, so it looks newer and much cleaner than before. The problem is that some (NOT ALL) of the homeless who come around the place start to bother customers once in awhile. During the morning and afternoon, it’s almost empty, but starts to get busy in the evening. Restrooms are for one person at a time. There is plenty of parking space ️.

I’m a door dasher I was working 11/18 /25 dinner time and had to go in this store for a delivery
I was disgusted store was full of smoke as soon As I walked in staff was talking about the food they just burned there was a long line order tickets still connected to the feeder took 10-12 minutes to get help. Then I had to wait another 8 minutes for the order I was there for it wasn’t started yet NOT ONE PERSON WAS WEARING GLOVES OR HAIR COVERING tried calling the store in the morning to express concern called 3 times no answer if I could give 0stars I would

Stay away from this Burger King, how is it even legal to have an open ceiling in the food code, beverages are a mess, bad attitudes from all employees. Dirty dinning areas and over spilling trash cans.

Service customer service was pretty good but the order of french fries was a little skinny. In fact I would call it right around 50%. like I’ve said in prior post some fast food restaurants.. I know it’s a value meal that I ordered but when did value become I’m only going to give you half of what everybody else gets?
In short this particular Burger King is now on my list to never visit again. Ugggg.
