I’m not really sure where to begin the disappointment is strong with this visit the bathrooms were a disaster, just to start with. Paper towels and paper all over, i didnt want to even touch the sink. Counter girl seemed annoyed customers were there. Manager was eating behind the counter. Floor behind the counter looked like a major OSHA violation. Sandwich was ok, but 8 didnt ask for spicy, got it anyway. The fries were made days ago. Won’t be back!

Worst bojangles I’ve had. The biscuit was rock hard, definitely not fresh. Fries undercooked, chicken was ok. It was also not fast – not sure if the car in front of me ordered there whole store but it took them a long time to get it. I love a bojangles biscuit, but I won’t go back to this location.

Wow never really cared for this place because of all the unprofessional Managers and workers.Charlene the African American Manager is soooo rude and slick mouth talking that I guess she doesn’t know that customers are watching and hear and see her Nonchalant attitude that she Displays to her customers and employees. I listened to her and another phat girl I think Tiffany say something smart behind an employee back snickering and being sarcastic!! I guess they think they run this store and it was time to leave a review on there Unprofessional actions being rude talking Sarcastic and all above to an employee. I watched them everyday when I come in. And that old Caucasian lady in the back is soooo rude nasty talking with an attitude that makes me not want to come in here almost like she’s you know what!!! She also is soooooo rude and they all need to be trained and written up or replaced because if they think they’re open because of them there wrong!!! There only open and doing well because there’s no other chicken place up there like Popeyes so they think they rule this area. I will never and make sure I tell my Family n friends to not go there because The Manager Charlene and Tiffany and the old lady Connie are the worst people at this store. Treat your employees a little bit better because you never know who is watching and listening.

How can you serve burnt biscuits during the breakfast hours. It’s bad enough to pay the high prices they are today, but it’s worst when the product is crap. Been disappointed in this location for quite a while. You ewould think with Hardee’s closing you would be on your A game to get new customers. Nope. I think you are not far behind them.

Ordered our food at 11:19am, and received it at 11:56. When we received our food, the chicken was dry and over cooked. Additionally the sausage egg and cheese sandwich was dry and old tasting.

Don’t waste your time with this particular location! We were headed out of town and decided to get a quick bite to eat. There were two people in front of us. The lady at the register got someone from the back, and they started counting how many pieces of chicken were under the warmer – there was plenty to fulfill a few orders in addition to the three of us in line – then she left to help the person serving the drive-thru window and never came back! All of us waiting in line for over 5 minutes and not one person spoke to us in line, i.e., “we’re sorry the delay”,
“we’ll be right with you”, etc., or whatever the reason may have been. So we left and we have it on the list to never return. There are plenty of other places to eat!

Ordered several items (6 sausage biscuits, 4 grits, and 2 gravy biscuits) this morning for coworkers. They had me pull forward to wait. They served 4 cars before mine came out….I actually called back into the store to see how long it would take…. Food was still excellent but delivery time was much longer than expected.
