I recently went to the Freddy’s with my family of 3. Between us, we got a chicken sandwich, a grilled cheese steak burger, and a bacon cheeseburger. We also got some sides of fries and cheese fries. For the most part, the food was good. It was very warm and not super greasy. More than a fourth of the fries we had were Burnt and discolored. The cheese sauce also had a weird chunky look to it. Other than those issues, service and food were great!

I hate to put Olivia and Ayden on blast for poor service but I was VERY disappointed with this Freddy’s. I would go to Freddy’s every Sunday, and I was delighted to find one when I moved here.
The goods, no line, shoe string fries are always good, and the onion rings were great (and the best part)
The bads, no fry sauce given, the burger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for some time, and to kick it all off, we order a crispy chicken club sandwich and they didn’t give us the chicken.
Quality control was lacking, and seeing that there was literally no one in the drive through and only 2 cars in the parking lot, this was an unexcusable oversight. We will be going to Steak&Shake from now on.

Food is decent. If you want to wait 45 minutes to get your food. Fast food restaurant can’t serve food fast. It’s not like other restaurants don’t make food to order. People have 30 minute lunches and can afford to wait the entirety and then some of their lunch just to get their food from a measly “fast food” restaurant. Stay away if you have anything to do in the day. Sat here for 15 minutes before spending another 5 writing this and I don’t even have my drink. Garbage.

Who is responsible for this poppycock? I’m normally very satisfied with this location. I haven’t been here for the past 2 months so I was really eager to get my hands on a Freddy’s burger today. To my surprise and dismay I was greeted by this large and intimidating onion ring. The patties were struggling to hold it together under all of the onion pressure… it’s a crime scene. It was still pretty good after I removed the onion from hades off. But this has to be stopped. Thank you!
