The service here? It’s lightning. My waiter was a pro—fast, sharp, and moved with a sense of purpose that you usually only see in the great dining rooms of the world. He was a hawk for the refills, keeping the chips and the drinks flowing like he was on a mission to make sure no one at the table ever felt the sting of an empty glass.
I went for the most ‘basic’ play on the board: the chicken and rice. It arrived with large, honest strips of chicken that were seasoned with actual intent, paired with rice that was—mercifully—tasty and on point. But then, the queso. In a room this loud, the cheese dip was surprisingly quiet. Bland, really. A missed opportunity in a meal that was otherwise hitting the right notes.
You’re going to pay a premium here—the prices are a little steeper than you’d expect for the neighborhood—but you’re paying for the atmosphere and that high-speed hospitality. It’s a nice place, a vibrant place, even if it isn’t exactly my style.
Jesus was our server and he did an exceptional job!
The restaurant itself is beautiful and you can tell every part of it has been thoughtfully selected by the owners – including the different ceilings(!) in each section of the restaurant.
Thank you for a wonderful meal, I will definitely be back!
Food for me was subpar…coming from Seattle its been difficult to find food that is the same quality.
Also having Mexican in laws and tasting authentic Mexican food doesn’t help me either. I have a picky pallete.
If you are like me…maybe give this place 3 tries without any expectations and see for yourself.
I ordered the poblano soup and shrimp tacos. It came with flour tortilla (not my preference) and lightly saucey shrimp….nothing on top. To me, very basic nothing special.
Since we have kods, we prefer the one in Huntsville for the free treat after a great meal, but this one still hits all the marks.
Management needs to get an ice cream machine out here too!
Decided to give it another try since it’s closer to where we live. Arrived around 6:40, given chips and salsa a minute after we set down. Then nothing for 10-15 minutes. Not asked for drink order. Nothing. Two other tables were seated around us and immediately given service. Left parking lot at 6:57 and drove to the Huntsville location. Made it there and given service in the same amount of time we waited at the Madison location. Side note: we made it town HWY 72 in under 10 minutes, all lights were green.
Food just arrived at our table at 7:19.
