honestly, our server was nice. however, the brunch here, was awful. while the picture makes the dishes appetizing, they were anything but that. the avocado toasts were soggy (no slightly crunch to it at all), the black coffee was served cold? the brunch potatoes were straight up oil. very disappointing.

We went at 7:45 in a Friday night and had a party of 12. This place is huge and could accommodate us all. You have to wait until 50% of your party is there. We sat inside. It is a bit loud. So if you are wanting a more chill and relaxing vibe and can take the weather, sit outside. They have games and live music.
Our server was super nice. I do feel with a large party she could have used some help. There was plenty of staff. We had to wait a bit to get refills of water and get check.
The food was good just average bar food. We got the fried mushrooms. They just tasted like the had been flash fried -nothing special but good. The fish and chips need salt and the tartar sauce was more like a dill sauce and very thin. I didn’t particularly like it but the fish was good.
My drink was delicious and dangerous. You can’t taste the alcohol so be careful.

Stopped by University Draft House for lunch and ordered the salmon. It was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor, a delicious and satisfying dish.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
Overall, a solid place for lunch, and I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu.

The place is great. So much space to enjoy your meal and overall has a smoking area unlike other places. The food was great. The service was fast and friendly. The group was awesome. It is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking. Big parking lot. The restrooms are always clean. Kid friendly. Big plus…. Nice view of the new lake by Firemans park outside. Overall rating 5.0

We enjoyed atmosphere and the food and drinks. Most of all my wife left her purse at the table when we left. Went in the next day and they had it set in lost and found. They brought it out and all the things were gone, they then told us they put them in the safe. It had my wife’s original wedding ring, over $500 in cash, iPods and other things. They returned them all. Thank you so much for your honesty and hospitality!! We will be back for sure!!!

Atmosphere is great to have a meal with friends outside. Wide range of options on draft. Sitting outside during the evening/night is very nice.
Service is slow and location seems understaffed. Our server was very nice, kitchen was just backed up and caused food take a long time.
Do NOT get the truffle parmesan fries. They are just french fries with cheap cheese on them. NOT worth the price at all. Good thing is the original french fries are good.

We visited University Draft House tonight with the intention of enjoying some live music and having a few drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, and we left feeling disappointed and undervalued as customers.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the outdoor area had plenty of empty tables, which gave us the impression that finding a spot wouldn’t be an issue (as seen by the photos, empty). However, as soon as we walked in, the hostess stopped us and asked if we had a reservation. We explained that we didn’t but simply wanted to grab a few drinks and listen to the music. She informed us that we needed a table and that there would be a 15-minute wait. We pointed out the numerous empty tables, but she insisted on the wait. Reluctantly, we decided to sit at the bar instead. Unfortunately, there weren’t two available seats, so we took one of the empty tables nearby.
What happened next was even more frustrating. As we sat down, the hostess approached the waitress, pointed at us, and had a conversation we couldn’t hear. After that, we were completely ignored. Despite the waitresses attending to the table in front of us, not a single one came to our table to take our order or even acknowledge us. We eventually had to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks, which was not the experience we expected.
The lack of attention and hospitality was shocking. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but instead, we felt invisible. It’s no wonder the place was so empty—there are plenty of other options in the area, and this kind of service is a sure way to drive customers away.
Overall, our experience at University Draft House was highly disappointing. The combination of poor service, lack of communication, and overall disregard for customers left us with no desire to return. We hope management takes note of these issues and makes improvements, as the potential for a great venue is there—it just needs better execution. The drinks we are good at all.
