Ordered a classic burger with fries. I specifically ordered no pink!! Ate my fries and took a couple bites out of my burger before I realized something was wrong. My burger was completely pink. Very undercooked. Not only that but the dessert is advertised as a full slice of a brownie and a full scoop of ice cream. Instead I got a literal “brownie bite” when I called for a refund they claimed it’s called a brownie bite because it is a bite. ♀️ very disappointing.

We went to enjoy my birthday meal here. I ordered my steak medium rare, however when it came out it was well done. So I sent it back politely and asked for one that was medium rare..
Not too long after that the general manager Devin brought my steak out set it in front of me and said cut into it. I did and this is what I got a very rare steak.. it’s definitely not medium rare.
I told him I cannot eat this. He said well I’m not remaking you another one I made this myself and I tempted to 124 °..
As anyone can see this is not a medium rare steak.
Was very rude and dismissive and refused to let me talk to anybody else there. However I did end up speaking to the kitchen manager which is below Devin.
Every employee that I spoke to in that restaurant said that that was definitely not medium rare. And not any of them would eat it either.
I do have a call coming in from district manager I believe. But to be so dismissive and argue with the customer that this is cooked properly is ridiculous. I have been a long time patron of this particular Applebee’s. Getting the same thing every single time. Never been an issue until today.

Shannell B. is so amazing at her bartending. She can answer any question you have. I don’t like beer except craft beer and she told me about Sam Adam’s Winter White and I loved it. Now I have a place to go and enjoy amazing beer. Love her!

Got a well done steak and said it needed to be well done as I am pregnant it wasn’t when my order arrived so I asked for it to be taken off the waitress took my plate as I was eating the sides and walked away before I could even say that I was going to pay for the sides just not the steak as I had to be somewhere and didn’t want to wait. Also that same waitress was being judgmental in her facial expressions when I didn’t buy alcohol when I am visibly pregnant. Safe to say I will never come back horrible experience and I usually have a decent one.

Ordered a medium rare steak, it came out wrong, had it sent back, and then Devon, the general manager, came back out and had us cut into the new one he was very rude. The new stake was BLUE. He said it was temped at 124, medium-rare and it was right but blue rare comes out at 120, and he refused to remake it again. Our waitress, Kirsten, was understanding and nice, but Devon was rude and refused to get Kris the kitchen manager for us when asked. Our waitress had to get Kris for us. Kris agreed that no the stake was not right or medium rare both Kris and Kirsten we’re so sweet and nice. Overall, it was a bad experience. I came here for a birthday and was treated rudely by Devon. I would not come back.

The dish that I ate was the Boneless Wings, with Honey BBQ sauce. It was delicious. Our server was V. She was very kind and remembered our order, without writing it down. There were 6 of us! It was nicely decorated and quiet.
