This was my first time visiting today, and I look forward to returning. There is a nice assortment of drinks and desserts inside the store. My food was ready for pick up at the time quoted and the customer service was fantastic. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. I think the catfish was a tad too salty, but I also didn’t use any sauce. I doubt I would have noticed if I had used a dipping sauce. Overall we would order all our items again. You’ll get plenty of hot sauce with your order. I forgot to include our drink, chicken tenders and chicken sandwich in the photo, but we had no complaints!

The food is always excellent and fresh. Some of my favorites include the fried chicken, lamb over rice, the garden salad and the falafel wrap. The customer service is outstanding—the staff is consistently friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean and always smells great.

I used to go to the location in Derita off of Sugar Creek when I lived in North Charlotte. Ive been living on the east side for about two years and started going to US fried chicken again after a year or so. The food has always been great. Always fresh and the salads are delicious!! Never had a bad experience.

I came back once again, The food is amazing. I swear I’m here like 1-2 Times a week. This time I brought my little sister here and we got boneless buffalo wings with fries, a grilled chicken salad and banana pudding. The food hits every single time. It’s time I have come to US fried chicken. It has been a very pleasurable experience. The manager, or maybe the honor at the front is very pleasant to work with and makes good recommendations. I usually come here to pick up a DoorDash order, but the last time I was here I ordered there cheesesteak, which is actually a huge hamburger broke up in two pieces and made it into a sub sandwich. It was delicious and the sauce that they gave me which was what I wanted was excellent. highly recommend this place for any person who wants something delicious and quick to have. You won’t be disappointed.

Food and desserts are always great. The quality and the taste, along with the freshness. The service is basic transactional; give order, pay monies, get food. The staff is ok, ok. They seem a little weird and stand offish, but they have not disrespected in any manner. I’ll continue to support.

The food was great and definitely lived up to expectations. There were also a few other items on the menu that caught my attention, so I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more.
One thing that really stood out was the service. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working the register, but he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes a big difference.
Overall, it was a great first experience and I’ll definitely be returning. If you’re debating whether to try a new place, I’d definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a chance.
