The award-winning Chicago-based restaurant includes an 8,500-square-foot interior as well as two expansive patios. This is a great new addition in Old Orchard Mall. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the outdoor area is lovely. Waitstaff is also attentive and kind. We stopped for brunch after morning shopping. I ordered the steak and eggs which was good but the hash browns and steak were a little too greasy for my liking. My daughter had the lobster roll which seemed to be a better pick out of our meals. I highly recommend sitting in the enclosed outdoor patio area and trying their nice variety of cocktails. Great place to rest for cocktails and apps after shopping.

Update: I went again by myself for a Friday lunch. Had the kale salad and it was delicious. However there’s so little quinoa as to make it almost not there. I wanted something vegetarian but didn’t know what to get as a side to get some starch other than fries which I wasn’t in the mood for. So I ordered the tiramisu as a splurge dessert. It’s beautiful. But way larger than any tiramisu serving I’ve seen. And almost all cream. Very little of the lady fingers and very little coffee flavor. The server said it’s her favorite. I could see people loving this but since cream doesn’t always agree with me and I love coffee, I was hoping for a more typical ratio. It did come with a chocolate biscotti on the side which was not too sweet and I loved that.

Fantastic customer service from the moment I walked in. Now on to the food. Omelette was good, very fresh and beautifully plated. Bacon was perfect, coffee was quite tasty. Potatoes were very good as well. Polenta toast, meh, I’ll pass. I’ll definitely be going back to this place, I got in on a Sunday morning before the crowds.

Had a great experience dining in recently. Clean and pretty atmosphere with well-kept bathrooms too! Our server, Cesar had great recommendations- the chopped salad was phenomenal! Very friendly and gave prompt service…worth trying this location. Will be back with friends again.

What a fabulous dinner, thank you to the Bar Siena team for a wonderful night out and a delicious meal. A great new date night spot in Skokie, we enjoyed a salad, pizza and some pasta dishes and there wasn’t a thing that came to the table that didn’t make me audibly go Mmm. Love the pizza oven, and the gnocchi melted into my soul. It is on the pricier side, but worth it, just make sure you get the free water.

We had noon reservations and were seated immediately. However, after 25 minutes and three other families being seated and having their drink orders taken, we had to find someone to inform them that no one had given us water or taken our order. The food was good, but it arrived warm to cool, not hot. We had to ask for a Coke refill about three times before it was finally provided. I was wondering why Hampton Social was fully booked until 2 PM for lunch, while we got in easily here. The service needs significant improvement, or this place won’t survive. On a positive note, they did give us three complimentary desserts to make up for the poor service, which we appreciated.

The food was good. Not great. But the drinks were really good. We all had the sangria. We were watching other tables and they seem to have a great selection of drinks. The menu for food was small . We had a wood fire pizza that was good . Chopped salad was good. The pasta was dry. Small portions. The service was horrible. One waiter for the whole outside area. We waited for everything. We couldn’t catch the waiter when we wanted the bill or container to go for the pizza. He was super busy because he was alone.

Beautiful restaurant! Really love the ambience and the decor. Our server, Kaitlyn, was wonderful and sweet! The meatball appetizer was delicious. Pizza was ok. All in all, a nice place to hang out with your friends or have a date night with you loved one.
