Social Profile:

As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Restaurant serving fast-food classics like burgers, hot dogs, french fries & shakes.

Mr Big
It’s clear someone needs to improve their spelling. I had a disagreement with the manager about this. You missed the mistake; it’s remarkable. SMH, take that iPhone, download, Hooked on Phonics to learn proper spelling.

Malinda was an amazing worker, she was so nice to me and my friend while we were door dashing, giving us compliments, being respectful and polite and having a beautiful smile on her face. We appreciate you so much for serving us tonight, thank you Malinda❤️

Its not possible to dine in. The Bacon Buford was suprisingly good, so were the fries. Staff was nice, not like other Fast Food Restaurants.

I really like Rally’s because they do not have burgers waiting on you they make them fresh when you order them. I’ve never had anything that was lukewarm!

I usually have a good experience any time I decided to stop by this Rally’s but this time around the woman at the window “kay” was downright rude, dismissive and just as nasty as can be, being racist is a bad look on anyone and whoever is manager there needs to have a talk with Miss Kay and let her know racism is disgusting. Also I got a fry lovers sandwich with no fries and the wrong beef patties, very lazy.

I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time thinking I’d be smart and skip the wait. Big mistake.

When I arrived, I waited. And waited. And waited almost 50 minutes with zero communication from staff—not even a courtesy update or acknowledgment that I existed. Meanwhile, walk-in and drive-thru customers came and went, served with the urgency I had hoped for when I used their app.

Let’s be clear: the food is adequate. It’s Rally’s. No one’s expecting fine dining, just speed and basic respect for time—which they completely fumbled.

What’s worse is the blatant disregard for mobile orders. It’s as if using their system puts you at the back of the line behind everyone else. Why even offer mobile ordering if your staff treats it like a joke?

This experience was not just inconvenient—it was disrespectful. Time is valuable, and if a business can’t be bothered to communicate or prioritize customers who order ahead, they don’t deserve their loyalty.

Food was good but the older lady that’s been there for years is rude and let me sit at the window for over 10 minutes and she saw me but didn’t say anything to me until she gave me my food.
