We visited earlier this evening and had a very pleasant experience. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive.Every employee that we encountered was polite and friendly also. The food was fantastic. We did not have to wait very long between ordering and receiving our food.

Worst experience. COLD food for both of us. Lack of service. Took 30 minutes to get hot food. Manager comped neighboring table’s meal but wouldn’t comp ours. Soap dispenser empty. Ridiculous. Praying we don’t get sick from this experience.

I visited this establishment for lunch during my work-related travels. I was seated opposite a table that had a service dog which posed no issue since we had different waitstaff. However, my waiter approached the table, inquired if she could pet the service dog, and proceeded to stroke her hands all over the dog’s face and down its back. She then came over to me and stated that my food would be out shortly. I declined and said goodbye.

What a great place. Sat at the Bar & the Bartender Kaylahan was great. Restaurant was clean spoke to the Manager, Holland checked to make sure everything was great. Which it was. This is a Gluten Sensitive meal called Southwest Chicken Bowl. I would recommend stopping in anytime!!

0/10, do not recommend. I had a very disappointing experience. Not only was the food and drinks below expectations, but I also found a bug in my beverage, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and quality should be a priority, and unfortunately this experience has made me not want to return.

We got there and waited for 3 -5 minutes for someone to seat us. Waitress took a while to come get our drink order and it was rude and no smile. Never came and asked if we wanted more drinks. The host brought our food out, onion rings were cold and soggy with grease(oil)! My husband had to go to someone else for us to pay for our stuff!! The WORST APPLEBEES we have ever been too!!!!! Please get people that WANT TO DO THEIR JOB AND LIKE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

It was fine. Nothing special. My husband had “fish & chips”. They looked really good. However, he said it was just frozen fish. I had the “double crunch shrimp” Initially the shrimp looked too fried. Not burned, the breading was just dark. I eat one thing at a time. I started with fries and they were really good. Seasoned well, fried just right….but I mean it’s fries. When I got to the shrimp I was kinda worried but they were good. The batter wasn’t super crunchy and the shrimp weren’t over cooked. So over all I would say everything was good. We were expecting everything to be little more
like we were eating out. Know what I mean? It was okay and we’re not hungry now.

Always Robins Fault
My husband and I both worked at Applebee’s before. He is still a big fan and it’s usually a “go to” spot for us. Yesterday was Father’s day and naturally he wanted to stop there to eat. We were traveling back from Memphis to New Orleans. This pitiful little sirloin was what they initially gave him. He asked for medium and got very well done, worst cut steak in the place! The server told us she was going to get him another one. After FINISHING my food and looking for a to go box, he STILL didn’t have his SECOND steak. The “manager” was SITTING down in a booth with what appeared to be HIS family. So I walked up and let him know what was going on. He wasn’t aware of our problem, and went to see about the second steak. We FINALLY got it and THAT one was also WELL DONE. They comped his plate, BUT this was such a bad experience all the way around. It was his Father’s Day meal and he got the shaft! He is an exceptional dad and didn’t deserve this so I have to make it known! We will NEVER stop to eat ANYWHERE in Grenada, MS.
