They have the most tender chicken in Springfield. Going through the drive through during high traffic times is crazy because not everyone knows how to use the drive through and how it wraps around the building twice. The service is really nice and friendly. They work really hard to serve everyone quickly. The parking lot is too small so be mindful of that when try to park or pick up food to plan ahead around slower times or plan to be patient.

Decent place. The employees were friendly. The place was pretty clean, though since it was not quite 11am, I would hope so. The chicken was good, the fries were perfectly done, though I had a lot of tiny pieces. I personally don’t like the sauce and would have liked some ranch. It’s not always “one size fits all”. The bread was good, though I would have liked it much better if it was toasted on both sides.
Don’t think it will be one of my favorite restaurants, given the limited menu, but I would go again at some point. Just not likely this location, since we were on a trip when we stopped there.

I don’t know maybe I’m over reacting, but chicken tenders where very soggy and gave me an unusually small portion of fries…will not be returning to this location unless I NEED Raising Canes which is never.

We’ve been here since November, hitting all sorts of spots we didn’t have in California, and this is a favorite. Everything was great, I had a 4 piece, wifey a 3.

Best customer service I’ve ever had in my 60 years of living, a worker named Abdulrahman Benkhadra helped me out so much, I’m 60 years old and have problems seeing and walking he came out of his way to help me walk to my seat and read me the whole menu. Please if the owner is reading this this young boy deserves a raise! Will definitely bring my family to this location and look to seeing that young boy! Thank you raisin canes!

Chicken no longer tastes enjoyable; it always has an awkward flavor. Every time I eat their chicken, I don’t feel well afterward, and I’ve never checked the ingredients of their Raising Cane’s sauce. Turns out, it contains anchovies. Since I’m allergic to shellfish, even tho anchovies are not considered shellfish. Still have to be cautious about cross-contamination, as they can be prepared with or in products that also contain shellfish. Because of that, I’ve decided I definitely won’t be eating there again. I’m never going back.

If you charge me for extra sauce then I expect it in my order when I get home. I swear if I added up the times just this year I’ve paid and not received the cane sauce it would be an extra full meal! Not worth driving back to the store. I don’t like that I have to pay for a condiment in the first place. Also I don’t feel right holding up the drive thru line to go through all my bags and containers. Ugh!!
