This McDonald’s had signs up inside, warning that some Monopoly menu items might not come with the Monopoly piece peel, but hashbrowns weren’t listed on the sign, so I got two for breakfast.
These, thankfully, came with Monopoly piece. Unfortunately, I got two property pieces that I already had, Baltic Avenue and Indiana Avenue.
This McDonald’s had working outlets, so customers can charge their phones, or use their laptops, like at all decent Starbucks. I used one to charge my phone, while passing time, between job app shifts.
Most McDonald’s locations in Austin, where I normally am, have become cold-hearded, and impractical, when it comes to the outlet issue, as many outlets have been sealed up. Perhaps, their aim has been to ward off the homeless population, and to discourage them from hanging around to charge their phones. This is silly, because homeless people, often, still have some money to spend, and they would be more inclined to spend more, if they could stay longer to charge their phones.
I use the bus to travel around, and my phone’s battery regularly runs low, so I appreciate being able to charge my phone, when I am at a restaurant, and I notice, when they have sealed off their outlets, due to this.
This location, also, had cute art on their bathroom doors, and no number locks on them.
Number locks were added to the bathroom doors of many businesses, during the plandemic; the better business owners did not follow this trend, however.
At several Austin locations, the gangstalkers have gotten McDonald’s staff to intentionally give me the wrong dipping sauce (Honey Mustard, instead of Honey), or regular Coke, instead of diet.
The staff, here, got my order right. I was never given anything that I didn’t order.
There was no gangstalking harassment of any kind, from other customers, or staff.
If you have kids, or are babysitting, you may particularly appreciate that there is an indoor playground, at this location.
I can’t think of anything bad to say about this location.

I ordered food from McDonald’s app. My food was never delivered. I payed roughly 100 dollars for a family of 7. I called McDonald’s and a female answered with the worst attitude in the world. So embarrassed and discussed with toxic attitude management has in this location. If that’s what McDonald’s considers manager? Worse place to eat in Texas! I asked what ever happened to my order? She said ‘ I don’t know ‘.Great Job management!

They don’t have the cook standing anymore. I can’t refill my drinks. they my order was missing two burgers in three french fries. my kids were crying for their milkshake, cause they couldn’t get their milkshakes any time.

If you want to make a bad day even worse for yourself go here. I was just trying to get breakfast this morning I’ve been sick all week but I have to work which is fine. I just wanted something to eat at least. But instead I was berated endlessly by the employees by trying to correct the meal they made wrong. I ordered the $5 sausage McGriddle meal but they didn’t even include the burrito and my drink size was wrong. They tried gaslighting me when I could easily pull up the app to show them it was wrong. I was respectful the entire time, but they were so mean and refused to fix the order even though it was so simple.

Coming home from a long day of work, I stopped at this McDonald’s hoping for a simple and smooth experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most frustrating part of my day. I specifically requested a plain, dry cheeseburger for my granddaughter, yet my order was not prepared correctly. When you’re tired and just want something done right the first time, it’s disappointing to deal with mistakes on something so basic.
The quality of the food overall was lacking as well — the fries were not up to standard, and it seems this location could greatly benefit from more attentive cooks and stronger management oversight. Consistency and care in food preparation need serious improvement here.
On a positive note, I want to acknowledge Jorge and John. They were both very pleasant, patient, and professional, even while handling a busy line. Their customer service was the one bright spot of this visit.
Still, I cannot recommend this McDonald’s at this time. If you are considering coming here, I would advise looking for another location until improvements are made.

Loved the atmosphere in there cool how it kinda looks like a maze in there. Restaurant was neat a d tidy, the workers had great hospitality, my food was warm and not cold just the way I like it, So overall I rate y’all a 10+.

Got a burnt breakfast sandwich. Emailed corporate twice about it. They “forwarded” to owner and I never heard anything back I’m more pissed corporate didn’t do anything the second time when I said I never heard anything back. Received a burnt sandwich. No coupons. No replacement. No nothing. Seems the reviews at this location match the service all the way up to corporate and the owner.

It’s nice that it has the little indoor playground with a section of tables sectioned off. The playground is not the greatest, it’s pretty simple and lacking, but it did keep my 3 year old entertained. It appears that it’s supposed to be for toddlers only, but I see bigger kids in there all the time.

45 minute wait for a short line. Fries were cold and not cooked. Then my double quarter pounder was raw inside. No matter how I tore it apart, crispy on outside, raw on inside. Had to throw the entire meal away. Waste of $10.00.
