I think at this point, I am done with McDonald’s. Their prices have skyrocketed over the last 10 years, way beyond regular inflation. Their quality and quantity are both waaaaaaaay down though. I never get fries that are filled the way they are supposed to be. But this time was probably the worse I have ever received. And then there is the fact that I haven’t received a single monopoly piece since the game started.

Door dashed food and the driver had car problems which is understandable. The order was canceled and door dash customer service reimbursed me for the meal so I ordered again and McDonald’s decided to hold the food that I originally ordered until the next dasher came. My food sat for an entire hour at McDonald’s getting colder and colder until the new dasher arrived unknowingly picking up ice cold food that’s been sitting out for an hour. This is unacceptable and terrible service. I would not recommend calling in and talking to someone for they are rude, unhelpful, and simply did not care about my order.

They are moving to self-ordering, so hard to say too much about the service. My order came out fast and was right, so that is great. The food is very consistent, and the prices are reasonable. Get the app! Very good deals only available in the app. No need to order at a kiosk or at the counter, just do your order in the app and it will know when you show up and it will be ready fast.

Second review foods made wrong, service was terrible unfortunately for them I have almost 2 million views on my posts. I was in the drive through and was unable to pull past the car in front of me and was told off by the drive through attendant for not moving my truck where they wanted it. The
food arrived no napkins, food made wrong, just a terrible experience again. I hope they get it right someday.

Went through drive through asked to pull up two times waited over ten minutes for a latte! 3 people walked by me avoiding contact! When I asked if it was coming i was told yes then had to wait over 5mins again. Not a quick stop!

Stark and institutional. Dirty tables, sticky floors. The order was accurate, hot, and fresh. My issue was with the cashier. She was unwelcoming, looked bored, and was chewing a “huge wad of gum!” It is against food safety rules to chew gum in a food service facility. Because it is possible that bits of spit could spray on food or food work surface. Even though she is a cashier she still serves beverages, fries, hashbrowns, etc. And seeing that she chews gum with her mouth wide open I’m certain that bits of spit sprays in the food area… disgusting. Will not visit here again.

It was a McDonald’s drive-thru where I got to double cheeseburgers. Not much else to say.
I think it’s pretty disingenuous on the McDonald’s app when you order a monopoly meal, you actually don’t get game pieces unless you upsize to a large. While doing a mobile order it was not apparent at all that this was the situation.
