#1 Driv Thru Kid on cell phone had to become to make him Aware

# 3 Asked for receipt Driv Thru said Machine is broken
# 4 Pickup window Couldn’t figure it out to get One .
# 5 NO HAIR NETS or hats on most Employees.
# 6 Food was warm nothing Special.

Oddly I wasn’t expecting such a nice place for a McDonald’s. Lol It was super clean, modern, open and everyone was so friendly and ready to help. Foods good. Best one I have ever been to in my opinion. I also enjoyed the tables that lit up to play games on it. My inner child came out hard core!

So we ordered coffees through driveway by mobile app which is regular for us but the girl who was in drive through window today was so rude because we had more than one order & she didn’t wanted to give us more than one order. Also when my sister went to the bathroom she heard the same girl was cursing and telling her coworkers about us which is so disrespectful.

Why did they reopen this place?! I have never gotten fresh food from here. Every time I come to this location the burgers taste like they’ve been sitting for HOURS and the beef is dark and dry. Fries are always soggy. Just drive over to the McDonald’s on Washington Ave extension because this place is a joke. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Absolutely nasty and the customer service matches. WHY DID THEY SPEND MONEY TO REMODEL AND NOT IMPROVE SERVICE/QUALITY? Make it make sense.
