Ordered a large breakfast order. When I got there it showed my order had canceled and at this time was after breakfast. The manager or assistant manager told me my order never went through but made it for me anyway and was no charge. By far was the best service I have had in a long time. Just do not see this anymore in this day and age. Thank you guys

Went to another location to redeem some free large fries and they unfortunately gave me some sucky bottom of the barrel limp ones.
On a whim I called up this location and explained the situation and my GOAT Michael not only offered to replace the order, but he replaced it with some of the freshest fries I’ve ever had from McD.
Dude is the manager and definitely deserves that position. He totally didn’t have to hook it up like he did but went out of his way to make sure I walked away with good food and a good experience.

The Modernized McDonald’s
This was my first time inside. They have touch screens and mobile ordering here. The place is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. This place is great to bring your children. they have a big play area inside.

I go here a lot. It has become my favorite McDonald’s because the food is always served quickly and made right, and the staff work together well. Both the workers and other guests are pleasant. Today the food was perfect – temperature, taste, speed, it looked like something out of an ad. A++

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and this place is only getting worse. The customer service is horrible, they never give you sauces or drinks I always have to ask for it myself, and when you do ask then they act like you are inconveniencing them, and the store itself is gross and not taken care of. I don’t know how it went downhill so fast because there used to be people who actually enjoy and care about their jobs but they’re SPIRALING with their service. If you can, go to a different McDonald’s. They need to have some serious changes.

I asked for nuts with my hot fudge sundae but, for the second time, did not receive them with my order. I’ve been told by a couple of friends, since, that they don’t offer nuts anymore. Perhaps a McDonald’s employee could have told me?. This location is typically good about getting my order correct. Sometimes they add too much salt to the food. Otherwise, I recommend this McDonald’s.

Every time I get a coffee here they ask you if you’d like sugar or sweetener and creamer but when they do it. They never add sugar or sweetener just creamer so make sure you ask for plenty of sugar or creamer so you can add it yourself. They try to cut corners to save money but we need to ask for more. Ketchup and napkins. Anything that will hurt them in the wallet since they can’t get their service right.

The large fry was half full, and the drive thru has an answering machine that doesn’t work. After 2 minutes of waiting at the order station, we drove up because the person behind us was honking. Got to the pay window, and our order was never taken, so we placed our order. Pulled forward and got pushed to the wait parking where the order came out without ketchup even though the delivery kid said it had ketchup. Got home to find only a half large fry. Stay away from this store.

This McDonald’s is giving out adorable trick-or-treat buckets in their happy meals and my kids were so excited! The play place at this location is great and kept my kiddos entertained for over an hour before I peeled them away.
