My husband and I stopped in at 2:30pm on a Tuesday for a simple lunch date. The restaurant was not busy.
We stood at the front entrance for several minutes without a single genuine acknowledgment from anyone — not the bartender, not the to-go staff…No greeting, no “We’ll be right with you,” we were just some very annoyed eye contact.
This has now happened multiple times at this location, which makes it difficult to view as an oversight. Hospitality begins with acknowledging your guests. Unfortunately, that basic standard was not met.

Our server Gavin was amazing! It’s not often you get great food and great service when eating out much anymore but both food and server were phenomenal! Seriously the best dinner we’ve had out in a long time. Thank you Longhorn and thank you Gavin!

Food was good as usual but after ordering online and getting a text that the food was almost ready and to check in online when I arrived, it took over 20 minutes and a call into the store for anyone to bring my food out. I understand that it gets busy but it only takes a minute or 2 to walk a bag of food outside.

Been eating here for years. Most always a good experience. Today we had a retirement dinner for a co-worker. We had 12 people at the table. We had three servers taking care of us. The one taking care of my end of the table was June. This lady has no business waiting tables. My tea was empty for 15 min. I was the last person to get my food, I did not get condiments I asked for with my burger, so the burger sat there, she was no where to be found, for a solid 15 min. She finally showed up after the burger was cold and said, oh I forgot the condiments. No word of a lie, she was gone 10 min to get the condiments. I ended up carrying the burger home in a box so I could warm it up and eat it.

We had a date at the longhorn, we really enjoyed the meal.. it was busy, but not loud ,the flow of customers was good. There was a bar serving beer, wines, and liquor but they mostly served domestic beer. They had a small selection of desserts, I did not eat a dessert on this outing. We saw our waitress three times and had our food delivered from a totally different waitress but all of them had A positive attitude. parking was tight, and I didn’t use one of the restrooms so I’m not sure how those looked.

Went Saturday for lunch they had a few people but not much, we get seated, we told the waitress we wanted waters she handed us menus. Not even a minute she asked about ordering, we needed more time, she gets the bread it’s less than a minute shes back asking about ordering, im feeling rushed now. I ask my mom if she was ready she says sure she asked me I said no but go ahead. Waitress is like I can come back I’m like no we will pick something. Mom picks steak but waitress shows my mom a steak on the dinner menu (we were only handed lunch menus) it’s $30 she picks that I pick a $15 meal it’s just the lunch pork chop with a side salad. We get salad and I get finished she comes back grabs it I say thank you, she just looks at me and walks off..I’m like wow then she brings out my mom’s plate over stuffed with food and I get some puney pork chop on a giant steak plate. The first bite I gagged it tasted like it had been in the ocean marinating. She was nice to My Mom the whole time. Mom wanted one bill and I told the waitress we need 2 she comes back and says ” I didn’t know what you wanted me to do so I split it” I look down I ended up paying half of my moms bill along with my own $25 instead of $15 for a side salad and a salty boneless pork chop. Will never go back I wish I kept the receipt so I knew what the waitress name was. It was only that woman no other waiter or waitress was rushing the people around us.

Jennifer was our server….good service, good food! Only issue we had was the very judgmental table next to us. It is very sad that you can’t go out to eat without being judged based off of your piercings/tattoos and who you are seated with and then to sit and quote scripture out loud aimed directly towards my table was completely uncalled for! This was a table of the older generation so I guess I should have expected nothing less than judgement!

We came on a busy mid lunch afternoon. We were quickly seated and our server wasn’t particularly friendly. The menu is rather limited to burger, steak, and salads but is a steakhouse so that should be expected. The free bread was delicious! Our appetizer came out quickly but was a lil lukewarm temperature wise. Then our entrees took a long time to come out. We had time to admire several paintings of the wild West posted up around the restaurant. Our entrees were as expected and pretty good. We weren’t given a pen to tip with either. Overall a mediocre experience but not bad.
