Placed an online order, was pulled into a parking spot and forgotten about. Food was brought out after approximately 15 minutes (closer to 20), got home and realized that my $6 big mac was missing, cant get in touch with the store via phone & the app says to call the store. I’m so tired of fast food places driving prices higher and higher but not putting that money back into hiring and training staff appropriately so they can complete simple orders with some speed and accuracy. “Fast” food is no longer fast or a good value and I’d say 80+% of the time something is wrong, missing, or cold.

I eat here on a daily so hear me when I say McDonald has changed. It’s not at all what it used to be to be well maybe a little. This place allows their staff to be disrespectful to the customers. Even the Manager has an attitude. Good luck talking to someone worth talking to about the problems. I wrote what I thought was corporate. Like I figured no answer. They are all independently own so you won’t ever talk to anyone we’re talking to about your problems with this place THE Monopoly game that they played guess what got shut down early because they say they stopped giving them cups That have the stickers on them don’t complain about it because guess what next time I went in there my food got messed up and it’s been messed up since. They send me these things to report on the app but I did this several times but they tell me to send more complaints. Do something about them don’t make me keep reporting it a nothing happens. Again, wake up, thinking I want breakfast But I find out same person attitude. It’s OK I won’t be back again. This is my last day my last time coming to this place.

I ordered a smoothie with whipped cream they manager took my order when he gave me my order I had to ask him where is the whip cream for my smoothie first lied he told is it doesn’t come with whip cream and then he became rude when the rest of my order came he just sit it on the counter without saying my order was ready so unprofessional I will never come back to this establishment again

ordered thru ubereats for breakfast at work. food came hot, got my items but i got a free item… a long, blonde, straight hair in my food. pulled it out while eating, DISGUSTING. HAIR NETS PLEASE! that is so gross. if staff aren’t wearing hair nets, are they washing their hands? is the store & equipment sanitized & safe to use??? DO BETTER!

The night crew is amazing! The food was hot 10 minutes before closing and my very specific order was done correct. The folks working were fun and nice and make this drive- thru experience great. Stop in to see these folks!

Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. The worker there got snappy with me cuz I didn’t understand what he was saying instead of helping me giving me an option to make a meal he went ahead and had to get everything and then after told me about it.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They messed up my order even when they repeated it back to me. Charged me more than what they were supposed to. Put my fries upside down in the bag. The food is cold and taste weird. The containers the burgers and fries were in are all greasy.

Workers are Horrible. Customer Service isn’t there at all. Stood at the counter for 22 mins before finally being greater. Then was told o had to take my order on the kisosk. So I did because im starving. Then waited another 10-15 mins just for my food..they were not busy

First off let me say bye saying I’m a visitor to this state because I am an Uber driver and received a ride request to be dropped off here.
After making the 40-minute drive down to Toledo from Michigan I had to stop to use the restroom and get me something to eat.
I chose McDonald’s because I knew they had bathrooms.
I parked go into the restaurant.
I could see a older black lady mopping from the back where the bathrooms were towards the front.
She stops me and tells me that I have to stop at the front I said okay, saying out loud “oh to unlock the doors” then she proceeds to say again you need to stop at the front first.
I go to the front wait for about 4 or 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me.
In that time frame I witness what I believe is a team lead, a black older lady probably in her 40s wearing a red McDonald’s shirt chastise two of the employees a younger white female along with a older white female.
She said something to the effect of “didn’t I tell you not to use a big cup you use this cup” and shoved the cup in the other employees hand while saying HERE very loudly obviously for everyone who was in the restauran to hear.
She did these things while a supervisor wearing a blue shirt older white female stood by and said or did nothing.
Even if it’s the persons 2nd 3rd or 8th week on the job you have no business talking to anyone that way at all!
Now after I witness all of that I was told that in order for me to use their restroom I had to make a purchase first.
I had to pay before I even use the restroom.
I had every intention on stopping use the restroom and placing order before I went back to Michigan.
I had to stand there at the counter and place an order on my phone via mobile app and show them proof that I paid for my food in order to be let in the bathroom.
This place is a disaster. Without even knowing for sure I am pretty sure this restaurant at this location has a high turnover rate solely because of the employees that work here.
How do you expect people to stay if the people that run this location talk so degrading to the employees right in front of the customers so tragic.

I hope to God I never have to step foot in this area of Toledo ever again.
