I came through the drive thru at approximately 6:53 on march 5th and the young lady kaniyah was very friendly..Greeted me appropriately at the window and even made a great conversation with me overall this taco bell gets a 10/10 from me. Great job with your staff

this location COOKED!!! my grilled cheese burrito WAS GRILLED and the cheese on the outside had that CRUNCHHHH. my nacho cheese fries WERE SMOTHERED IN THE COVETED DUST. On February 2, 2026, at approximately 8:30 PM, my boyfriend and I entered the store and used the kiosk to place our order. The store was not busy—possibly with a maximum of five cars and just us inside the lobby. Yet, one female employee began speaking loudly and disrespectfully about me, complaining that I was taking too long to complete my order. She repeated these comments twice, loud enough for me to hear. After I placed my order, she deliberately delayed preparing it, despite having no apparent reason for the slowdown. I wasn’t in a rush, but it was odd given that she was speaking as if she had something to get to quickly…
Her behavior was unprofessional, immature, and unnecessarily hostile. Rather than focusing on her job, she seemed more interested in gossiping and performing for attention—an aptitude better suited for high school than a workplace. Out of the entire staff, she was the only one acting this way. She won’t get far in life being like that.

The day shift team is the worst. The food is always made like they don’t care. Someone there is really petty because they wrap and Hulk smash your food before sending it out the drive-thru. If you hate your job, just get a new one. I’ll start recommending people go to another location.

Chris, a manager, handed me my order. Unfortunately, he had a very strong body odor while working around the food area. It was unpleasant and honestly made me uncomfortable eating my food. Hygiene should be taken seriously when handling food.

I had a great experience at Taco Bell thanks to Kellen. provided excellent customer service and was very polite came to the drive around 3am and order was perfect, and Kellen’s positive attitude really stood out. Employees like Kellen make a big difference in the dining experience. Keep up the great work!

We ordered our food and cheese sauce was spilled in our bag. We gave the employees the benefit of the doubt at first, and went up asking for help cleaning it up. Just getting new wrappings or just helping us would’ve been fine. But they sat us back down and nobody helped us, despite we asked. The cheese stuck everything to the table and it ended up being a complete mess. I would get it if the place was packed, but only us and around 4 other people were there. And there were employees that could’ve helped us. We will not be coming back.

I hate to admit this, but I think Taco Bell is an excellent Mexican food restaurant. I always order one of the Kux boxes and I am always happy with what I get. Highly recommend any of the Lux boxes. 🙂
