Anna, Beth, and Wyatt were doing amazing even just being the three of them during dinner rush. They were so welcoming, personable, and quick on their feet. I don’t know them but I saw how well they worked together. One gal was weighing sauce and cheese at the same time as taking an order from a walk-in while Wyatt was on the other side of the store, listening and taking the order; it was pretty cool to see. When the phone rang, one of the ladies was on it so fast. These people were great at what they do. I work in food service and was happy to see a team like this. They also were so friendly to everyone that came in and were thanking us for our patience too. It was amazing! I also came back to get more pizza like 30 mins later and asked for their names so I could write this review. I would definitely come back to this location. I enjoyed going inside to order.

This is ridiculous! We waited over 15 min with one car in front if me while the driver if the car and the employee were chatting it up, laughing ect! There was a line behind me and when i got to the window i asked what the problem was? She blatantly said oh she just placed a order! didn’t call in advance like a normal person would be required to do! When i confronted the employee at the window her response was ” well you could of came inside”! REALLY! Great customer service service, NOT! I called the store and talked to Jaina who is supposed to be the manager & said she would go talk to her right away! I doubt that happened! I will be contacting corporate because im sure this is not going to do anything! These employees need to be responsible for there actions and how they address customers! Im sure nothing will ne done

So usually I Love Papa Murphy’s, honestly I don’t like any other chain, but after tonight I’m pretty disappointed I ended up at this location because my fiance didn’t get home until almost 8 and the one closest to my house closes at 8pm. I always Order online because you get better deals, anyways I ordered the 10.99 2 topping special and the 13.99 Garlic cheese stuffed crust 1 topping and added an additional topping. Well I didn’t realize until I got home that we received 2 regular crust pizzas. So I call this location and first she assures me that it is a stuffed crust so i open the oven and pull apart the crust ( you could clearly see it wasn’t stuffed) so i ensure her it definitely isn’t a stuffed crust. Her solution…I can get back in my car and drive 20 minutes back to that location, or she offered $4 off? $4 off a pizza that I spent $6 more on, and yes I get that its only $2 but the reasoning they won’t replace the pizza entirely is what got me. They’re in a bad area and people take advantage so they can’t just give it free pizza So because others aren’t honest I dont receive a proper solution? With the half cooked pizza an 2 hungry teenagers im definitely not going to waste 40 minutes of my time and gas to drive back down to this location so I took her only other option, but honestly its pathetic, had this employee paid attention and done their job correctly I wouldn’t have a pizza I didn’t order in the first place, and first her to act like im just trying to get over on a $16 pizza is ridiculous, if I ever return to this location, I’ll definitely confirm my order before leaving, which likely will not happen id rather dive 20 minutes the opposite direction to a location that doesn’t make excuses for their mistakes,

Went in to pick up my pizza and basically got screamed at by a woman saying you can come back at 7! Meanwhile its 6:57pm.Not sure what were name was but she had blond hair was wearing a choker. Super disrespectful and had a extreme attitude for no reason. Haven’t experienced this bad of customer service in a while. Will definitely not be returning.

I ordered a mushroom and beef.
I got a mushroom and sausage.
I don’t eat pork. I went back to get it fixed but they would not listen. They told me it was beef. After cooking it and having pig in my mouth. I will never go here ever again. Don’t trust these people. Ask to see the package it came in. They don’t even have labels. They think beef is peppered and sausage is not peppered.
The owner never responded to my message even though I was asked to give more details about my experience.

Always fast and friendly service. I needed a pizza asap or I was going to be late for an appointment. I was going to order online but it would’ve taken 31 minutes.
So instead I walked in and even though they were busy the team made my pizza asap so I could get in and get out. Very nice and friendly staff. I was grateful for the excellent service and I was on time to my appointment.
Another great experience at this location. The employees who work here are always so nice and friendly. I will keep coming to this location for sure.
Third post on this location and nothing has disappointed me at this store. The employees are always smiling and if I’ve had a bad day, don’t want to cook too much I come by grab a pizza and you can’t help but be in a better mood because of the employees at this location on Pacific Ave and 138th in Parkland.

I saw a long line in the drive thru and nearly drove away, but they were all from orders that were already called in and I needed to go inside. They were so fast. I counted 8 people in front making pizza and a couple more in the back. The service was fast and the pizza was good.
