Ordered a bacon mc double received a double cheese with mayo, onions and lettuce but the specialty lable reads double cheeseburger add mayo only pickle american cheese only onion. So not only did we not get what we ordered whomever sandwich we did get was also not made properly to order.

They seem like they move fast in the drive thru, but they’re just really quick to park your car in the curbside order pickup spots. They might as well be a Sonic, for as long and as often as you sit in a parking spot. And for the most basic McDonald’s things like nuggets or burgers.

Took my assisted living group today and the McDs employees were very hospitable, kind, and patient. The cashier was helpful and the managers were out helping too. Great job and we will be back! Side note – this was the first trip to McDs for one and boy did they enjoy! Thank you.

I wanted to share that the staff here is wonderful. On December 3rd, 2025, I ordered at the kiosk inside the store but had to leave before getting my food to pick up my kids.
When I returned around 8 PM, the staff told me not to worry and kindly remade my order without charging me again. That was so nice of them, especially since it was my mistake for leaving early. Thank you so much!

Went to this mcdonald’s while no one was in line, informed then we had three mobile orders, was told we could only pickup two and would have to go back around the line. This was fine and no problem, we pulled back around in line even though no one was in line, got back up to the window only to have all four of our sauces no in the bag. We told the worker and was told we would need to go back in line (while no one was in line) to order and pay for sauces. When we informed the worker we already paid for our sauces and showed a receipt of it, we were met with attitude from a lady named lad or katherine that had been treating us with disrespect at the drive thru window and ordering station the whole time and she told the other worker that once again we would need to go get back in line (aka drive back around to the line to just drive thru) just so she could hand us the sauce. shout out to tyler to being professional and apologizing for all of the mishaps while she was talking through the window extremely rude to us.

The late night crew is inside having a good old time and taking 15-20 min to make sandwiches and then its ice cold. Don’t waste your time/money on this place. They don’t give a damn about the customers. I waited 12 minutes before someone even acknowledged me then waited another 13 minutes to get my food. Cheese wasn’t even close to warm.

The food for breakfast for some reason is always hard. They are constantly giving out stale bagels and muffins. The wait time is always outrageous. And the employees are less than helpful. There is one employee who is wearing a hat but has a lot of hair. His bangs are completely in front of his eyes I dont know how he can even see.

Went to this McDonald’s the other night, and ordered a two cheeseburger meal. Waited over ten minutes while I watched staff have a good time doing anything but working. When I finally got my bag, I grabbed it and started to head out. Well apparently I grabbed it too quickly, which made the young lady huff at me and say, “didn’t have to snatch it like that”.
That’s right. Instead of an apology that I waited 10 minutes for two cheeseburgers and fries, she decided to give me attitude for picking up my bag too quickly.
I’d give a 0 star if I could.

We waited at the speaker for 15 minutes after we were greeted and the gentleman said he would be right with us. We eventually were able to tell him we had a mobile order. Told is to pull around. Their was 2 cars ahead of us, it was 2:30 am. We waited almost 20 minutes for a 20 pc nugget and a quarter pounder with cheese. The speed of service was ridiculously slow, at least the gentleman at the window was polite and nice.

They’ve been doing online orders for a while and through the speaker they told me they couldn’t find it so that took even longer to figure it out. Then I had to pull up the first window to show her the code. Then they thought it was in the counter and that I had to come in, but when I get up here and show it to her, then she suddenly sees it. Apparently, they need more training
