R’niyah and her co-worker seemed very annoyed. The young man who brought our food out very disrespectful I almost had to show my ass. He literally was mugging me then going to ask “do I have a problem”. Haha like you’re mugging me & I’m being asked if there’s a problem. This location needs to do a customer service training. If you can just avoid this location

The burger was made with store bought patties that reminds me of the ones served in school. I took 4 bites and threw it away. My cheddar peppers were fine… they’ve always been average stuffed jalapenos in my opinion, but an okay snack. (Jack in the Box’s are way better.) I believe this is the only Sonic I’ve visited that served fake burgers like this, but I absolutely do not recommend this location.

I wouldn’t come back. I did an online order and when they brought out the food it was missing sauces. When I inquired, the managers on duty said I would have to pay for the sauces that I ordered. Said it was store policy although the app allows ordering of sauces. complete bs.

Waited at the stall for 8 min just to talk to someone and still no one said anything??? so after, i went to the drive thru, there’s a girl who answers very annoyed-like and as im ordering she’s just huffing and puffing. Mind you… there’s only 2 people in the entire lot. after i order, i wait another 10 minutes and no one comes out at all and im staring at 3 people in the window just talking. i eventually just left and went to jack in the box since they didnt even take any payment.

They cant hear on their headsets at all… you have to SCREAM your order just for it to still be wrong because they can’t hear on their end. So now i have to sit here for forever just for them correct at fast food order. Chantel didn’t confirm my order and took the order off the screen before i could pay. Im so irritated because sonic got the most bullshit fast food . I know better than to come here

This is our favorite sonic. The staff is amazing. We stop by every other day or so for drinks in the morning. Lots of good food choices an amazing amount of drink choices. Love the wacky paks for the kids. Still fast food but good.

This is THE WORST SONIC IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Stopped to grab a bite to eat. There was no one in front of me business was slow. Pulled to stall 27 after waiting 10 minutes for them to answer the RED Button she finally answered. In the middle of taking my order the rep skips me and jumps to get drive thru orders of those in the drive thru as I’m watching there orders being taken I press the Red button again No one answers. I then pull up to the door and a guy walks out I asked him what was her (The managers ) name?? He walks off not wanting to tell me her name. As he is coming back I asked him again . He says “I don’t know “ I said yea don’t know Your managers name??? He said No! Goes in laughing like it’s a joke she comes out saying she THOUGHT I changed my mind on ordering!!! At this point I made up my mind To leave And NEVER Come back to this Sonic.. These people are Very Unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL!! This Sonic location is THE WORST!!!

Please save your self a major disappointment. If this is a franchised Sonic…shame on you. The chicken tenders and fries are not the original ones and it’s clear the food is ordered from a cheaper vendor. Then, they didn’t even have the Sonic sauce to go with the chicken tender meal. The employee looked at me crazy when my daughter asked her for the sauce..she said “we don’t have a signature sauce” ummm …you do. So after waiting line for a half an hour we were served cold food and no sauce. They didn’t even toast both sides of the Texas toast. It’s Texas Toast for God’s sake. This is beyond ridiculous and they need aggressive management ASAP.
