5/5 all around!

While I’ve only tasted the wines, cheesecake, and bread- phenomenal. I need to go back for the pasta!

I visited once last week, amazing. My waiter was a very attentive and knowledgeable man, and same with my host! I wish I would’ve gotten their names. The cheesecake was divine and paired perfectly with their wine selection.

The second time I visited was today. Same waiter, wonderful person with experience and personality! New host, still amazing service. The employees are all so alert, we walked in and one of the cooks greeted us while he flagged the host (who was busy cleaning) so we could be seated. We ordered some wine and beers and again- fantastic prices, service, and more. As a pasta fanatic, I cannot wait to try it!

The food and service were both good. It was pretty empty so we got seated right away. The bread they bring to the table is in very small, flat pieces which I found interesting. They do provide dipping oil for the bread and it’s good, but spicy. The calamari was decent as well. I had the rigatoni alla vodka and it had a good, spicy flavor. I do think they’re a little stingy with the shrimp but it’s still yummy and more than enough to take home leftovers. The waitress was pretty attentive and did come to refill our waters often. It was a nice atmosphere, not too loud. Overall I enjoyed my meal here.

My family and I had a great experience tonight. We were celebrating valentines day as a family and we all loved this restaurant. We ordered meats pizza, bolognese and alfredo pasta. Everything was delicious along with a great service, everyone was really attentive The new owner stopped at our table making sure we had a great experience. The atmosphere was awesome with the piano music on the background. I will definitely come back.

We came for valentines. Let me start of with saying I understand they are busy today but there was not many people when we came in. Right of the bat There was a man arguing with a staff member but we ignored the situation since the manager became involved. It took about 5-6 minutes to be seated. Note, We were the only couple waiting in line at 5:30pm. And yes we had a reservation. We got our drinks but waited about 10 minutes to get straws. It took a while for our server to return to take our order. We placed an order for our appetizer and our entrees. After 20 minutes Our plates arrived first. appetizers arrived about 5 minutes LATER . The food itself was pretty good. The lasagna was missing the ricotta which we did find after eating half way through it. Not once did the waiter come back to check on us. Also there was a videographer recording which I’m not going to lie. It made me uncomfortable because I didn’t give consent to be filmed. I just wanted to enjoy my dinner. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

Leaving this review for myself and my husband, who was just gaslighted and told that the restaurant doesn’t have any chicken dishes priced at $25. So I am leaving the picture of the menu as proof, and shows me how little they know about their own place. And since I am doing this already, I want to add that $12 for a “truffle” chocolate cake that tastes like betty crocker box cake mix is absolutely insane. For those prices you should have at least a decent quality.

Very clean and mello pizzeria. A bit disappointed they had run out of Moscato, but our waitress had recommended another drink. Food was delicious! I just wish our waitress was a bit more attentive. Definitely will go back.

The food is great you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu if you like true Italian food and it comes out super fast! They are a bit short staffed so it may take a while to get additional assistance after your meal but Camila was a kind waitress and attentive to all our needs. The atmosphere is also great; there’s tvs, good music, just not a whole lot of customers which can be great for some people.

Our visit to Russo’s New York Pizzeria was wonderful. The pasta was flavorful and perfectly prepared, and the chicken wings were absolutely delicious. The pizza crust could have been cooked a bit more for that extra crispness, but overall, the food was excellent. Our waiter provided outstanding service — welcoming, informative, and very attentive throughout our meal. We truly appreciated the great hospitality and enjoyable dining experience.

We came here tired, hungry, and fresh out of an escape room, which is the only explanation for why we ignored the biggest red flag of all: the place was basically empty while every other restaurant nearby was packed. Someone even said, “Maybe that’s a sign.” It was.

We asked for a drink menu. There isn’t one. There are maybe three beers total, one of which is Michelob. Bold strategy for a pizzeria.

Our server didn’t write anything down and asked us to repeat our orders multiple times. This felt less like service and more like foreshadowing. Sure enough, things began disappearing.

We ordered garlic knots. We reminded them. We reminded them again. The garlic knots never arrived. At this point, we assume they exist only as a rumor.

One pizza arrived missing prosciutto. No warning, no substitution offered, just a pizza silently stripped of a key ingredient because they had run out. Useful information before the pizza was made, but okay.

This is a coal-fired pizza place, which traditionally means crisp, char, and structure. What we got was pale, soft, and undercooked. Coal-fired pizza should not resemble a warm blanket.

The chicken piccata deserves its own paragraph. A dish that is typically bright and lemony arrived… salmon-colored. We debated the hue longer than the flavor, which was not a good sign.

The pistachio pesto pasta was also a mystery. No pistachio to be tasted whatsoever. Just vibes.

Midway through dinner, we ran out of water and entered a parched state. No one checked on us. Four guys stood around talking near the pizza oven while one waitress ran the entire restaurant. Eventually, the manager came by explaining how busy they were, which was confusing given the visible emptiness.

They didn’t charge us for the missing prosciutto, which was kind, but overall this was a baffling and memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. Hunger may bring us to questionable places again, but it will not bring us back here.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Russo’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

One of the highlights of our visit was watching the pizza being made. The gentleman preparing it was not only incredibly skilled. Fun to watch! He hand-tossed the dough high into the air with such ease, he has over 28 years of experience. It added a fun and authentic touch to our night out.

We will definitely be back and highly recommend Russo’s to anyone looking for great food and a great atmospher
