– the manager was berating and demeaning one of the workers, calling him names
– terrible cleanliness, there was food, stickiness, and garbage left everywhere
– no napkins to be seen, had to use paper bag as napkin
– I don’t even want to know what happened in the bathroom, I will just include a picture..
– many seats were ripping and visibly damaged
atmosphere would only be 1 star, but the Halloween decorations were cute.

Arrived 12-15 min after placing order on mobile app.
Sat in drive through for 15 additional minutes waiting for food with no one else in line in front of me. I sat at the window. Not regarded once except for the frosty hand off.
That’s ~30 minutes for them to prepare a fast food order for one person.
Also the large frosty wasn’t frozen and almost completely liquid.
Staff texting on phone.
Never coming here again and nor should you.
Got a meek “sorry about that wait” at the end.

Take into consideration that I literally never leave reviews, so that should say something. I had landed in Syracuse airport after a long commute. Arrived at this location and waited in line, felt okay (because not too many people were in at the time; it got way worse). I ordered 2 Baconators, to which one got given to the wrong customer, alongside other customers complaining about their food being missed. The customer came back to give them the wrong (my) Baconator that he had touched. I saw them put it on their ready food spot, to which I explained they need to remake the burger, not just tidy up the wrapping. The manager turned to me with a dismissive and snide tone, matched with a fake smile, and told me they were. Yeah…what if I didn’t say anything? I call BS. Not to mention I waited 30 minutes around watching this trainwreck of a service. This acting managers name is Latesha. If I were the franchise owner of this location, I would be worried…for the lack of a better term. Good luck to anyone that gets the ‘dream team’.

The food was old and hard, I ate one burger anyway, without part of the bread. I tried to eat the fries, but they were old and hard. I ate four tenders anyway. I attempted to try a different burger but had to toss it. Now I have all of this food that I absolutely can not eat. The fries had salt on them, I looked very carefully. Only one was supposed to have salt. I tried to call Wendy’s when I paid for the order to request that they absolutely make all of my food off the fryer, not already made, but they just let the phone ring. The food is disgusting!

When I walked in with my girlfriend who is in crutches, there were squeegees and mops which had fallen on the floor blocking the way to the register, I guess they were waiting for me to pick them up and put them aside. The staff were more concerned with their weekend happenings instead of greeting the patrons. Apparently it’s hangout time and nobody here seems to care about anything but the money they will receive from “working”. I’m not usually a fan but my daughter wanted to stop here. The chairs all remain on the tops of the tables at 2pm in the afternoon. Nobody can refill the dispenser for napkins let alone sweep the floor. I’ll never stop by here again. The knife puncture holes in my booth seat should have been enough to ward me off. To say the least, the young girl who works the register is terrible, impersonal and rude. In my opinion she ought to be fired for,well, doing absolutely nothing. When I arrived I spoke clearly and directly to her starting my conversation as I normally do with a simple “Hello” and throughout the entire transaction I was stared at and rudely ignored with no response. While I walked away she continued her conversation with a fellow coworker while using curse words in front of my 5 year old. Thanks Wendy’s. I’d give 0 stars if it were possible.

Very dirty. Not only the entire restaurant but the employees as well. Just an overall disaster. Don’t even think about going to the drive-thru you will be here for 2 hours plus.

I’m at this wendys at 1:10 in the morning I’m a teuck driver and my truck don’t fit for the drivetru I was asking the lady if she can sell me my food, but she refuse , first time that happens to me in all this years this its the way they treat their customers, what a shame.
