Well apparently they serve raw food and dont answer the phone when u try to let managers know that the employee may need some training on were to place the patty so it cooks thoroughly i will not be going back for a while

Sent my wife to pick up late dinner for the family. The absolute worst!!!! Fries were old cold and flimsy as soon as i pulled them out the bag you could tell they were old. Same with the burgers and nuggets. Just disguisting. This should really be 0 stars. I am so mad I wasted my money on this place. Shod have went to Burger King at least their food is fresh. This is extremely disappointing.

Do you like waiting in slow, long lines only to get a stale meal of old burger and cold fries? If so, this is the McDonald’s for you! BTW, there are 2 other McDonald’s in Rome- Go to one of those instead of this one. This one consistently messes up the order. The manager is a joke who doesn’t care anything about providing good service.

The staff is sooo nice but everytime I eat there i end up sick even if it’s just a little bit. The other day I got a kids meal and ate the apples and fries the chicken nuggets were giving anything they were soggy yet hard at the same time I ended up not eating any. But the fries they were good but I’m sick now.

This place requires a return visit to get your food correctly. And don’t expect a warm welcome, they look for any excuse not to correct the order. The usual complaint is their 1/4 pounders aren’t cooked all the way. Doesn’t matter when one is consumed with corporate greed instead of quality of service.

Never put the condiments in and never get a lrg fry it’s a lrg box that the frys are not even visible.*Edit* frys are not even cooked all the way either Told us we had to order s cookie tote to get fresh cookies but then didn’t give us fresh cookies so we wasted money on those. And left out my sons chocolate milk again. And wants to argue with you when you say something is not right.
