If I could give zero stars, I would. Where to begin… When we arrived, one female worker was sitting outside smoking and a male employee (wearing a headset) was smoking on the other side. He was going back and forth inside to grab drive-thru orders ~ leaving his cigarette burning each time.
It took several minutes before anyone came to take our order, even though the dining room was empty. After getting our food, we had to wipe down a table ourselves because every table was dirty.
The food was just as bad. My chicken tenders tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. My husband’s rice wasn’t even cooked ~ or it had sat so long that it turned hard. Either way, most of our food ended up in the trash.
Will not be back, and would not recommend this location.

These employees were so rude in the drive thru.. now I know why they use AI to take the order!!
Update: we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for “fresh tenders.” We got home, check the box and there was no sauce and old fries. Ps. We were the only car for 15 of the 20 minutes.

First time visiting this particular Bojangles. We were greeted by very friendly employees. No wait in line, they brought our food directly to the table ask if we needed anything else. A manager came to our table asked was there anything she could get us as well and she brought us back some honey telling us let her know if there is anything else she could get us. I did encounter a problem in the ladies bathroom. Upon entering the bathroom I hard what I thought sounded like a man in the stall grunting. I Came back out made sure I was not in the wrong bathroom and I wasn’t. I waited out side to see who came out for several mins and no one did. I told my husband I was 95 percent sure it was a man. We waited a few more mins and no one came out. Thinking I was surely wrong I entered again. This time the man coughed and I could see a mans hand thru the crack of the stall. I immediately came out, my husband told the employees and 2 lady employees went to the bath room and one went it and yelled is there a man in here. There was a man in there. He said he didn’t know it was a ladies bathroom and she told he GET OUT! I was very appreciative they took action and so thankful I did not go on and stay in there on my first trip in. Although thinking I though it was a man you just think cant be, why would they be in there?? I’m not sure it was a mistake or not on his part but the employees were very quick to act when it was brought to their attention.. Thank you for that. We left. I did not use the restroom. Food was good and we enjoyed our lunch. Restaurant was very clean.

They have the best Cajun Filet biscuit and biscuits and gravy! The gravy has sausage chunks in it and it tastes homemade. Their homemade biscuits are truly southern and delicious. I ordered the new Apple Crisp dessert and it was amazing. The restaurant was clean, the people very friendly, and service was quick and efficient. My favorite place for a fast food breakfast!

Place is terrible. Got 2 3 piece combos $25. Then got our drinks went to sit down in back area and then got told that it was closed off because they already mopped it. I guess they are to damn lazy to do it again even tho there was nowhere else to sit in the front. Then get my food and it’s literally horrible they charged me for basically 3 chicken nuggets! Don’t ever come waste your money here!

I just want to begin with saying that we all have bad days. I have worked in fast food while I was in high school and have been disrespected several times by customers. It is a sad reality but never once did I take out frustration on the next customer. I can’t say that was what was happening but the lady in the drive-thru window tonight on 11/11 @ 8:13 is a poor excuse for the service industry. I am much younger than she is and I still treat people with the kindness and respect that they deserve. My sister had just pulled up to the window, she was checking her phone for a second before the lady said “come on lady I won’t open the window until you acknowledge me.” To me, it came off very entitled because we had just pulled up to the window and the message my sister was checking could have very well been an emergency. I understand the drive-thru has timers but we were there for less than a minute. If she had just simply opened the window, my sister would have redirected her attention onto the older woman. She must’ve thought the glass was soundproof but it was wild that she continued to be rude. Which I partially understand the situation, I too would be annoyed with people not acknowledging my presence and treating me as if I was below them while I was working. Though this was not the case, my sister and I treated her with kindness even after that comment and hostile tone. We were stunned to say anything, though I will not tolerate someone being disrespectful to my sister. She had a very nasty attitude and I feel sorry that she thinks that is an acceptable way to treat someone. I would not recommend this place to anyone because if their staff feel comfortable enough speaking to guest this way then that is utterly pathetic.

I wish there was one down Wears valley, I’d eat there every day. Biscuits are the best around. About 10 minutes wait for the food. Love everything. The box berry biscuits are amazing. I get the dirty rice every time I go.

Best bojangles I have been to so far. The chicken was fresh, hot and crispy. Could not get any better. The place was very clean and well kept inside along with the restrooms. And the service was impeccable, Zack provided us with such good service and it made the experience so much better. Will 10/10 recommend and will have to come back.
