We had the Big Bangin’ Burger with fries, garlic parmesan wings, and onion rings. Everything was fresh, delicious, and hot. The burger was juicy, we ordered one with the jalapeño sauce and one without. Not knowing how spicy it would be. It added just the right amount of flavor. Both burgers were amazing. The onion rings were crispy.

I’ve gone to this specific location many times throughout my life and never have I had such a terrible experience as I did yesterday. It was Valentine’s Day so I expect it to be busy, but the lady who was supposed to be our server never even introduced herself to me and my boyfriend she just walked up and stared at us stupid expecting us to read her mind. Then I proceeded to watch the people next to us find a bug in their food and get up and leave. Watched two other families wait on their food for 40 mins plus. Once I received my food it was very unappetizing and I found a hair in my Mac and cheese. I went as far as avoiding my own waitress to ask another lady for my food to be remade. Simply just because she was being very rude to what felt like specifically me. At the end I ended up getting new food and just boxing it up to go as I pretty much paid $50 to sit inside the restaurant for an hour and a half to watch everyone else eat/complain about their food. Didn’t even feel comfortable asking for the manager because I watched him come out about the bug, and he also seemed to not give a crap. Very unsatisfied and lowkey ruined my Valentine’s Day.

Our server Gustavo was amazing and Outstanding!! We truly love him. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind. He made sure everything was perfect and truly elevated our dining experience. Not only that but he shared his culture. Absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you Gustavo!!!! Way to go!

Emily and the host Kyree (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) were both amazing to my daughter and I. Wonderful hospitality and service. They also gave us enough space to enjoy the meal without constant interruption but made sure we had everything we need. Great experience, always an easy great time as a solo mom at Applebees.

I just have to put this somewhere, we walked in and this entire restaurant smells so bad that we turned right back around. It smells overwhelmingly unclean. Any time we’ve ordered food from here, it’s been great. First time going in-person and we won’t be ordering from here again knowing it smells like that. No way I could sit down and eat a meal smelling that constantly. Absolutely disgusting.

I absolutely love Applebee’s so this hurts me as well. The boneless chicken was so hard we could not enjoy it. There was so much salt on the pretzels but if you didn’t have high blood pressure there was a chance you were going to get it. And they were a little bit more done hard then what I would have liked. The dish that I had I get every single time I go to Applebee’s and this is the first time that my chicken was not cut. And my rice was dry. I had the Fiesta Lime chicken. We also got the chicken boneless chicken and pretzel sampler. Now November 2nd when I took a friend for their birthday to the Morse Road location it was a near-perfect experience.

If I could give NO stars that’s what I’d do! I NEVER write reviews however Im fed up! I just got home from a kidney transplant and wanted some comfort food. I ordered a side salad, french onion soup and tomato basil soup and a refresher mocktail drink that was way to expensive to start with. Food is cold- I live 1.2 miles down the road. My tomato soup was only filled up with 2 spoonfuls of soup and the French onion soup was pure grease and cold and tasted horrible. Salad didn’t even have all the extras it made me choose to get past the order to begin with and my almost 5 buck drink never made it but the straw did! We boycotted Applebee’s years ago and now I remember why. You had one job- get it right!

Everything was AWESOME! My new pastor Ben & Trisha of Abundant Life Tabernacle treated my family to a late lunch early dinner. It was a great experience and the food and server were THE BEST! Thank you for making our first real outting a nice one as new comers to the state.
