Please see the RIDICULOUS looking hotdog they gave me. When I say this hotdog is HEAVY from chilli and cheese.. I couldn’t even pick up the hotdog. you’d be better off going to Hardee’s next door or anywhere else for that matter. The cherry Limeade that accompanied my hotdog was WATER with food coloring. It’s terrible. Do not eat here.

Meal wasn’t the best BUT…..whoever was working tonight I just had the best “Limeade” route 44 size….that I’ve ever had in my life! perfect amount of sweet & sour. They added extra limes the perfect amount of carbonation and ice chips. Sonic deserves an award for this one tonight. honestly at a loss for words. Meal was a no but beverage was 100% a go!

My burger had nothing but cheese and ketchup when I ordered and paid for one with all condiments on it. Not only that it was also undercooked.

Paid almost a dollar extra for blue ras syrup and real strawberry in my lemonade slushy and had about three chunks of strawberry and didn’t even have enough syrup to give it a blue tint. Didn’t receive the sauces we requested and the small popcorn chicken was half full practically costs a dollar a piece for the measly things. The only positive is my burger was good and our second slushy was correct but also had very little syrup. We placed a second order to get the ranch and something additional because the popcorn chicken wasn’t even enough for a snack for a child and ended up waiting more than ten minutes for a wrap and fries.
Luckily they remembered the ranch the second time and put 8 in our bag guessing it was funny to them; just seems wasteful and immature to me.

Today is my birthday I took a chance to eat at Sonic for breakfast. The man was working hard service was amazing but I ordered a bacon toaster and it was not toasted but it was an amazing breakfast sandwhich. I asked for tater tots and got french fries!

Extreme long times every time we come here but it’s the closest Sonic to our house. Waiting over 20 minutes for 2 shakes now. I think this will be our last time coming to this location.
Friendly staff but always having to wait a super long time no matter how big or small our order is.

1…. Online ordering is down. That really sucked. 2… train your personnel on how to take orders & read them back when requested by the customer, don’t just list off the combo number. Say the specific combo with the modifications that were added. 3… train your personnel to assume a clown car has pulled up, and it is full of people. If you keep asking “is that it” in between each food order, it seems like you just want the customer out of the lot. 4… Know your menu better than the customer. Make the food right. Don’t put a sauce on that’s not listed on a particular item. 5 items not listened to and made wrong makes the experience that much worse. A burger that wasn’t supposed to have ketchup, had ketchup. A shake that was supposed to have chocolate, no chocolate. A Blaster that was supposed to have caramel, no caramel. Sweet tea/lemonade, rung in as a sweet tea. A burger that was supposed to have bacon added, no bacon added.
Only upside, all the kid’s food was fine.
Plus, this review is coming from someone with Years in the food/beverage/hospitality industry, from fast food to fine dining on a cruise line.

Being short-staffed is not the CUSTOMER’S problem. Telling the customers being staffed is a management problem. Then, I arrived, notified the store of my arrival and stall location, via app. Then another customer pulled into the another stall. Then HE GOT ORDER FIRST,BEFORE ME!!!! AND MY ORDER WAS SMALLER!!!!! It should have me first as I arrived first!!!
UPDATE: The car hop lady that brought my order today was superb!! Great attitude! Very pleasant! Quite pleased!! Totally improvement since my last visit!!!

Sonic have upgrade their customer service !!! The restaurant in Portsmouth have a new manager and he’s on his job.,, I didn’t had to wait 30-minutes to a hour for my pick up order. Keep up the good work. And the whole shift that was on duty 07-11-2025 !!! Great job
