Our family usually loves going to Freddy’s but the last two times have been a nightmare. I don’t know who is running the night shift but they need more training. The first time we waited in the drive-thru over 20 minutes while the employees played and laughed and threw numerous bags of food in the trash. Then tonight I ordered a regular adult meal and a kids meal with an ice cream. We waited about 10 minutes and were given our bag with no “thank you, have a good night, merry christmas.” Just hands it to you silently. So I pulled forward and noticed there are no straws. I pulled over and went in the front door and got my straws. I pulled out on the road and my daughter notices her ice cream isn’t in there. so we go back. I go through the drive thru, tell them what happened and they say “pull around”. Get to the window and she hands me the forgotten ice cream with no “sorry about that” not a single word. Customer service matters and they don’t quite have it figured out yet. Food gets 2 stars because it was getting cold while all that was happening.

Ordered hamburger & fries at the drive thru so have no idea how it looked inside. The hamburger contained two tasty, flattened patties accompanied by shoe string potatoes. Overall, it was very good!

Boy oh boy! The guy at the register was more worried about twisting his braids instead of welcoming customers, had to speak to him first before he even acknowledged i was even there. Food was fair after you find the condiments. Forks spoons and knives are kept by the register. Order a chilly dog and no fork knives or anything was on the tray. Hire people who want to work please

The fries and milk shakes are the best!!! Burgers are ok slightly over cooked. Three meals and four large shakes cost $47.00 so it’s a little pricey for fast food.

Listen, I’ve ate here 4 or 5 times before and they’ve been great, but tonight they somehow exceeded great. I don’t know how but it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. Cheese curds were great, not pictured Double Bacon with onion and chilli cheese fries which were also an A+! My daughter had onion rings and she loved them. This location and crew are amazing, be proud of yourself!!!

The food is fresh and good. My mom had a lettuce wrap that’s not on the menu due to being low carb. The only surprise was the prices. With burgers similar to Steak and Shake the prices were almost double at Freddy’s. My wife and I shared an $8 patty melt combo.

Make of it what you will, there are framed photographs of Freddy at every single booth. There are pictures and posters of Freddy around every entrance and scattered through the lobby. There’s a life-size cutout, maybe, I guess, for those photo opportunities. Pictures of Freddy are even waiting to greet (watch) you in the restrooms!
The kids liked the food. The S.O. says it was okay. I didn’t enjoy it. The menu has zero healthy options (yes, I know, why expect that?) but really I was not happy with my experience.
The food is typical greasy burger joint food. All items except the dessert are dripping with it. Probably because it goes directly to the basket it from the fryer or grill.
The fries were decent. Burgers, chicken (grilled, fried, fried spicy), and fried fish. A few choices in cheese. They have that awful “fry sauce” i.e. mayo-ketchup from out west, if that’s your thing.
The desserts are vanilla or chocolate with “mix-ins” (custard), with toppings (sundae), shakes or malts, and I’ve creme sandwiches. They are standard HFCS desserts with big names (Snickers Reese’s, Nutter Butter).
The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are very clean.
