Labeled “Front Counter Custom” but totally ignored my customizations. $12 wasted on a pile of sauce and cheese. Never again. How hard is it to put some meat in a bun and wrap it up? The Ultimate Cheeseburger doesn’t even come with lettuce!

The atmosphere at this location is not very friendly overall. It’s usually quite empty and not many people are sitting inside leading it to feel a little bit ghost town Ish. The service that I’ve received at this location in the past has been a little bit mixed in quality. I’ve had a wide variety of staff serve me. When I’ve picked up DoorDash/Uber eats orders, they have been pretty quick and their drive-through times are very short, but on one occasion, I had a staff member become a little bit rude when I arrived for an order that had been presumably stolen by another DoorDash or and she told me that the order was already picked up and I said oh OK that’s fine but she got a little bit rude after that for some reason, even though I was already about to leave the restaurant and I was very friendly. Outside of that, I’ve generally speaking had a positive experience. The food that I’ve ordered there has been good overall. In general, it’s a decent location and very “meh”.

Came through the drive through and received terrible customer service. Didn’t receive any Hello or Good Morning, no type of acknowledgement. I asked to take a second before ordering and was still not acknowledged. After ordering all she said was “Next window”. No “thank you” or even the amount it would total up to. Got to the window, paid and asked for the receipt but had the window closed on me instead. She didn’t say anything, just pointed to the receipt and closed the window. I double checked my bag when I received my food and an item I ordered wasn’t in the bag. When I told her it was missing she said “I don’t have a breakfast jack” but it was clearly on the receipt. She didn’t even say sorry, just rolled her eyes and snatched the receipt from me then yelled for her coworkers to make a breakfast jack. Stop acting like you know everything when you can’t even give decent customer service or serve food correctly. Such a terrible experience to have, having to deal with shitty attitudes from an employee when you’re trying to be nice. Sure, maybe you’re having a bad day but why take it out on people who haven’t done anything to you to deserve that.

Drove through and dude didn’t have any customers waiting on him still had us wait a second before getting our order completely wrong and not listening to a single word, sounded like he was chatting to somebody else in the store, looks like the guy doesn’t want to be there, I’d let him go. We left without our order and didn’t pay either.

I ordered loaded tacos, spicy nacho burger combo. The combo I ordered comes with fries/curly fries, burger and drink. The curly fries are one of my favorite fries, it is disappointing that I didn’t get even one fry curly!!! Loaded tacos are recommended by friend and finally I tried those today! It is not too yummy but we can try once. Those are cute little tacos

Drive thru is incredibly rude and when I placed my order they completely canceled it and then proceeded to looking rudely say “do you need something” like yes we just spoke and I just ordered my food..? She then had attitude and said well are you going to pay for it? This location needs to retrain their staff!

I stopped in at this Jack in the Box quite frequently. And every single time I walk into that Jack in the Box. I always see the girls behind the counter cleaning. That is one reason why I feel comfortable ordering food from this particular Jack-in-the-Box. thank you for providing a very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Food was actually worse than others I’ve been too, but food is one thing. This place has no redeeming qualities. Dining area is dirty bathrooms are dirty and the service is terrible. This all has to come down to management. If this place wants to servive I would recommend replacing management to more competent people.

Redemption! I visited this jack in the box out of convenience and alas I was greeted with kind efficient service. I ordered lunch and breakfast items and every thing i ordered is in my bag. well packaged, fresh, and tasty. I’m pretty sure the lovely lady whom assisted me is a manager and i can see why..much appreciated and excellent work ☺
