Came to pick up an order on Christmas Eve. Ordered some wings for me & a Joey Sirloin for my kid. When my order came out, the server said there was no more apple juice, so here’s a tea instead. (That was my 1st mistake in just taking it because no one at home drinks tea. Like thanks for just choosing a drink for me & not asking what I wanted in it’s place ) When I got home, my wings were ok, but my daughter couldn’t eat her steak. I try to go cut it up & noticed it was soooooo tough, dry, rubbery & totally full of gristle/chewy pieces. The only thing good about it was the seasoning. A butter knife couldn’t get through it, it was cooked sooooo tough! That was a bad cut of meat. Needless to say, it was inedible & had to be thrown away and another meal found for her to eat. Oh & the fruit cup was absolutely pitiful! A cut half of an orange & ONE STRAWBERRY cut into tiny, infant-sized pieces. A joke & waste of time and money…literally 3 pieces of the meal were wrong or ill-prepared. I get it’s Christmas Eve & people wanna go home, but at least do people’s meals right while you’re there.
I contacted Outback as they asked and I have heard NOTHING. No surprise there.

By far the worst Outback Steakhouse experience I’ve ever had.
We came in specifically for the advertised Walkabout Wednesday deal, yet no one on staff seemed to know what it was. My soup arrived cold, and the steaks were even worse. They were so aggressively seasoned, especially with black pepper, that they were completely inedible. Our mouths were literally burning.
My steak came out with a strange black crust on it. When I asked our server about it, she also thought it looked odd and took it back to the kitchen. A cook came out and told me that’s “how it’s supposed to look,” which was not reassuring at all.
Our server was kind and noticed my mom wasn’t eating her meal. She insisted the kitchen remake it without the heavy seasoning, which we appreciated. However, when the manager brought out the replacement, he didn’t acknowledge the issue or say a single word—no apology, no explanation. Very awkward and a total lack of hospitality.
This location has gone way downhill. I won’t be returning.
Outback link that was recommended in your reply was utilized 2 weeks ago prior to leaving the review. The lack of prioritizing customer relations is evident by your reply and lack of response to the report through your corporate site 2 weeks ago which included pictures, date, time, and receipt number.
Do better.

Original Post:
Disappointed to say the least, 150$ worth of food including 3 steaks that were not cooked to requested temperature. Both mediums came more rare and the medium well came well done.
Servers were kind but a little slow. Never got plates for the appetizer and never got kids juice refill that was asked for and confirmed half way through the time spent waiting on food.
For only a few tables of customers on a Friday, the back of the house service was slow, spent more time waiting on food and service than I ever have at a restaurant.
When our food came, my sister in laws obviously had more things on it then she wanted. They took it back to the kitchen. We were told they were cooking a new burger. At one point, our waiter came over & apologized. I asked him to please make sure that her burger was being cooked well. He reassured me that they were cooking another burger. When it came out, my sister in law cut into it & it was very pink inside. When our waiter came over to check on us, we showed him & he offered to have them re do it again. At this point, my sister in law said no. He was very apologetic. My sil assured him it wasn’t his fault. The manager came over to speak to us. Also offered another burger. My sil again said no as she was now frustrated.
After this, the waiter stopped coming to check on us. We were supposed to get a dessert with the meal. My sil asked 3 times for our cheesecake to go. He assured us he was getting it & never did.
The manager told us we would not be charged for her meal. I do not know if we were or not. I know we paid for drinks, 2 apps, my meal & our drinks.
After we were continuously ignored, I made my sil take the $20 tip off the table. I would not have left anything but she still left $10.
It started out positive but went downhill quickly.
I had such a great experience at this Outback Steakhouse that I had to leave a review. Jess was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the entire visit feel welcoming. She checked in at all the right moments without hovering and made sure everything was perfect.
I also want to mention another gentleman (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I believe he was a chef). He personally came out to make sure my meal was cooked just right, and you could tell he cared about the quality and the guests’ experience. That kind of pride and hospitality really stood out.
The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience felt above and beyond. Huge thanks to Jess and the kitchen team for making it such a memorable visit. Highly recommended!
