The gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich I asked for a sausage McGriddle with no cheese and I put cheese on there anyway couldn’t call couldn’t call it in because they were busy also the large ones juice I ordered was watered down. The lobby was dirty and nowhere to sit. Other than that the cashier took my order had my order right on the receipt and she was respectful and good.

I went to this McDonalds yesterday the people were extremely nice and I asked for a large fry large water and a 6 piece, chicken nugget and they were about to close and then gave me and my friend a Large water Large fry and a 20 piece chicken nugget and then said it was on the house honestly the best service I’ve ever had

Worst McDonald’s you can go to!! Placed a big order and they missed given us 5 hamburgers!!! Drove back and the manager says I don’t have time to argue with no one! We are not arguing we just wanted our food that we had paid for. They ended up giving us our food!! The rest of the employees were very nice! Just be sure to check your order before you leave if you do drive through!!

Came in here, like I always do, I Oder my food they were busy got my food in about 7 minutes, notice they saying there out of much of chicken wraps and other food stuff, they never gave us our drinks with our meal, to find out, they out of ice and there machine had only hot drinks, with every drink, they have no sweet tea, so we left to fine out food was kinda thrown in the bag and cold…. Never again coming back.

Bit into my double bacon quarter pounder and it’s not even cooked all the way thru. It’s like they put it on the grill flipped, flipped then put our sandwiches together. Called McDonald’s to inform them and the lady was rude saying that there hasn’t been a curbside order matching what I just told her. But when I told her bout the burger not cooked throughout she knew exactly what burgers I was talking about without me saying. Then had her nerve to ask me was I sure that was the right location. McDonald’s in the plaza yall need to get it together and have better customer service skills! I will never visit this establishment again.

Dirty, mouse ran across floor. Never any hurry. Always complain they’re busy, that’s why it’s 15-20 minutes or more for food. Ridiculous. They have no hurry. No rush. 9 people working here and none of them have any gear beyond 1st.

Took my kid here for dinner at 5pm. Counter was filled with people waiting to have their order taken. Cashier wasn’t the friendliest, all the tables were filthy, garbage left from other customers sitting on them, the floor in the lobby was sticky and wet from spilled drinks, ice machine in their flavor mixing soda machine wasn’t dispensing ice, and was out of add in flavors. Area around soda machines was just disgusting. My son’s double cheeseburger with no pickle was like warm at best and only had ketchup and mustard on it, no onion, my nuggets were hard and probably past their hold time. Doubt I will make a repeat trip to this place again. Can’t stand a place that isn’t clean to sit down to eat. Especially when the food isn’t fresh when you wait for them to bring it to you.
