Super nice and authentic (Veg Review)
What I tried:
* Veg Pakora: crisp outside, soft inside – big pieces & yum!
* Veg Biryani: nicely coated masala, served hot; slightly less aromatic but filling.
* Ceylonisches Kathiri Curry: total Sri-Lankan-style kolambu vibes, perfect with rice
* Mango Lassi: curd-dominant but still refreshing
I’ve been here thrice for veg food – and honestly, never once disappointed
Ambience:
Warm, homely & perfect for a relaxed family dinner or weekend lunch.

I have to split the experience to make sense of what I actually felt. Almost everything was great as far as food goes but one of the fritters was uncooked on the inside, did let the staff know but wasn’t acknowledged anymore than a casual “ok”. Rest everything was great. Tawa Chicken and Lamb gravy were great along with garlic naan etc. At the end had some trouble with their credit card machine not accepting Visa or Mastercard etc. it was a specific German card only machine. Them being such a large chain of some kind that was disappointing, lucky that couple of us had some cash but I don’t know what was going to be their resort if we have only cards.

Had a nice experience at the restaurant. The restaurant staff are friendly and very communicative even though it took a bit at the beginning, everything went well. Divya and her colleagues were very responsive and made sure more than a couple of times if the food served was good and satisfied. The Ganesha garlic chicken tawa curry tasted very good and was served fast on request, appreciate that ☺️ and I can recommend the curry . The classic Indian tea ☕ was served well too and it was more than expected and one of the colleagues made sure if it was tasty with extra sugar packets . The ambience was good and it serves a pleasant evening with friends and family. Will try other dishes if I visit next time, should try ceylonische curry varieties available on the large variety of menu (veg & non-veg). Overall a good experience

This little gem in Stuttgart greets you with a warm, inviting atmosphere and service that makes you feel right at home. The interior has a sweet charm, and you can tell the regulars keep coming back for more. The tandoori chicken was enjoyable, but the butter chicken left something to be desired—lacking in the fiery kick that a proper curry should have. Maybe that’s on me for not specifying, but when you’re at a decent Indian restaurant, you expect the flavors to punch you in the face a little. The vegetarian kofta were enjoyable too. The mango lassi was amazing.

Ganesha honestly has the top-notch service, food and ambiance anyone can ask for in a busy city like Stuttgart!
It was a sunday and we ordered a set Menu for 2, which came with a series of dishes. It felt like I was in my grandma’s — who’d stuff me with food to show love. The lamb is perfectly cooked, and the chicken are also tender when it comes to tandoori. The curry dishes are also very authentic.

A very cozy place, my first impression was of comfort. The staff is really very friendly. They are particularly strict about the COVID guidelines and that’s a good point. The food was freshly cooked unlike in some other places where pre-cooked food is heated and served. It’s a must visit if you’re in the vicinity.

There are so many curries in the menu I had never heard of before. This was fascinating! I went with a speciality from Ceylon / Sri Lanka: Vendi Curry. I found the flavor of the tamarind sauce spot on! Veggies were cooked to perfection, as well! And yes, it is really hot.
The Butter Naan was huge and nicely cooked. The Mango Lassi was rich in flavor and tasted like Mango (I had so many drinks tasting more like yoghurt than anything else). Again a compliment!
I also tried Samosa and they had been good. Honestly, I had better ones before, but they are definitely worth a try. As dessert their homemade Pistachio Kardamom Ice Cream was heaven!
My friends were equally impressed and we had an amazing time there!
GOOD TO KNOW: If you get menu for 2 people be prepared to not be able to finish it. Some of my friends ordered it and found themselves with FIVE curries (normal portions). They lived it but it was impossible to finish everything.
The staff had been also very forthcoming and they politely waited for us to leave even though we had been the last ones in the restaurant and already past closing hours.
A CLEAR RECOMMENDATION!!!

The taste of the food was nice and authentic. We ordered Paneer Masala, Dal Tadka, Tandoori Roti and Garlic Naan. The quantity of Paneer masala and Dal Tadka was good enough. Service was quick and friendly. The ambience is a little dull, though the restaurant is beautifully decorated with idols and paintings. The menu is very structured, they have separately mentioned all the vegetarian and vegan options. The price is worth the taste and quantity.
