The girls working the evening shift on 2/16/26 in the Conner location are amazing. I have visited a dozen Taco Bell’s in Queens and Long Island. The food has never tasted this delicious. My son said the girls are doing God work and he is a vegan. Kudos to the girls working that shift. I just wanted to say that I appreciate your service and hard work.

Get Food Service. Decent Atmosphere and The Food is usual warm to hot. I can tell that the food is freshly cooked and the dining area is pretty clean if you wanna sit down and eat. I had 1 issue with the drive through attendant but she did her best to make sure everything was taken care off. I give this place 4 stars over all. The prices are pretty reasonable too.

Their food is really fresh and fast. Although the food is made really quickly. The food is really good. The service is really efficient as well. I can’t say that at every facility I’ve ever gone through. That was a Taco Bell I’ve got I was greeted with a smile buttons with this particular one. We definitely were. They have a clean facility And friendly customer service.

Faith C. was the young lady that took my order and when I pulled up to the window to pay, I forgot that I was driving a manual and took my foot off the clutch and stalled the car. I instantly started laughing and claimed that I knew how to drive stick. She made me feel less awkward about the situation by convincingly telling me she believed me lol! The food was all fresh and tasted great! That was my second time going to this location and receiving top-notch service from the crew! Thanks again guys

Ok. Here’s the deal. I’m not a big fan of taco bell. I have my own reasons, but one of the kids has been wanting to try out there new dish. It’s the triple double crunch wrap. Funny thing is, when we get there, I wind up buying it instead. Advertisement are the worst when is come to looks. It wasnt bad, filling decent price for the meal. The place was clean, no bathroom. The have a drive thru, all you can drink. I love the kiosks, downfall is, they can be easily missed. I love the fact that they have couchon seats. It just sucks for the location. Having a car is best, other wise the walk to and from will burn off the food. Service was good food was ok. It’s been 6 or so yrs maybe more since I’ve eaten here. So until the next time. Feel free to enjoy some taco at a decent price.

The service has gone down – nobody cares! They forgot parts of my meal …..i asked and got attitude…. I didn’t get my food in the box like it normally comes! The tomatoes were frozen and the chapula was hard and had the texture of a cracker – my burrito was burnt – I had to ask for it to be remade – and I had to ask for my cup …. Oh my the dining tables were dirty I had to ask for them to be cleaned- a young nice girl did it thank you young lady

They had me waiting almost an hour along with other customers in drive through! To tell us they had no lettuce and tomatoes. When we ask if we can get a discount, the manager was extremely RUDE and said “We’re not a restaurant”

Horrible place to go to, there’s no management with expertise in customer service no staff they all texting or chatting on the back wile ppl trying to order, and there’s kids on the back of the counter wile employee are making the food, didn’t know taco bell was a child care provided also smh horrible yo horrible

Must be under staffed severely because service was so slow. Had to wait at drive thru just to place order then finally when I got at window to pay I had to wait a long time at drive thru for food. Either they were understaffed or just no sense of urgency and the woman at the window seemed like she just didn’t care herself. All that was missing was her throwing the food at me. I love TB but I’ll rather make my own tacos at home from now on

To start off, there are a few issues with this place.The food is always cold after ordering and eating it. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito deluxe today.When I was eating the grilled cheese burrito, the cheese and sour cream taste expired and I paid $11 for the meal. Also the place is very slow.
