The star of the show, the burger, did not disappoint. It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. The option to customize with a variety of toppings, including their famous fries, elevated the dining experience.
While the burger shone brightly, the same cannot be said for the prices. Compared to some other fast-food burger joints, Five Guys leans towards the pricier side. Although the quality justifies the cost, it may not be ideal for those on a budget looking for a quick bite.
Service was efficient, with orders prepared promptly and accurately. The staff seemed knowledgeable and eager to assist with any special requests, enhancing the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, if you are craving a good burger and are willing to pay a bit more for quality ingredients and customization options, Five Guys is worth a visit. Ideal for those looking for a satisfying burger experience and a laid-back dining atmosphere. However, if you’re watching your wallet, you might want to consider other more budget-friendly options.
Before anyone asks: yes, the order was correct on the receipt. Yes, the Uber Eats driver confirmed they were handed a sealed bag (that was clearly not heavy enough to contain, you know, FOOD). This was 100% a restaurant error.
How does a place that specializes in burgers forget… all the burgers? So disappointing.
Secondly, The sandwich itself had no flavor or anything to pull me in. It was equivalent to eating a plastic sandwich. Nothing drew me in. So, everyone that referred me to 5Gs, I should’ve eaten at home.
Lastly,
They kept fixing their personal clothes with their gloves on and rubbing the back of their pants, that is 100% unsanitary. The quality of the food is just not there . You’re paying for the company name.
closing time. They still took care of me. Super polite and everyone was having a good time while they were cleaning up for the evening. Thanks for not turning me away guys.
This location has welcoming and friendly staff as well.
Despite being on the menu, I ordered a coffee milkshake only to be told they don’t have that flavor and maybe haven’t for about a year! Perhaps cover it on the menu after that long, haha. Fries were great as usual but weren’t overflowing in the bag like I’ve had every time I’ve gone to the Ross Park Mall location. It truly felt like a ‘small’ because of that. Burger was good but this is the last time I’ll get it with lettuce. Unlike Wahlburgers which gives a nice green leaf, this was the unpleasant white, hard type of lettuce which isn’t for me personally.
