I come here for breakfast often and am frequently disappointed by tiny “ultimate” burritos and burnt bacon. When I come in the evenings it’s only slightly better. HOWEVER. Hannah is a saving grace. That girl is SO SWEET and has such an infectious positive personality. Every time I hear her on the speaker I can’t help but smile! Do not take this girl for granted, she is your STRONGEST asset and I wish you could clone her! (Do better on the breakfast burritos tho fr)

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered online ahead of time…

Arrived at 7:15, store wasnt even open yet no employees, when they finally turned the lights on at 7:20 I waited about 5 minutes to push the order button… lady worker yells we aren’t taking orders and clicks the mic off… waited about 10min to push it again, lady comes over the mic gives me a bunch attitude then proceeds to tell me if I cant wait another 30min I should just go somewhere else.

I left the water level hwy location after pushing the button and waiting for it to stop blinking and then hitting the button again and nobody took my order! Waited 5 minutes and I was the second car there that morning this location took my order almost immediately and after sitting at the other location my kid were getting restless so I told them to take 5 minutes and play by the tables while we waited, food was out in less than ten minutes for 5eals Food was super hot and fries were nice and crispy, the fries make such a difference! The staff were kind and efficient I rarely go to sonic, less than once per year but one of my kids asked for it and I almost went to 5 guys when I left the water level location but we saw another sonic and tried it out. Happy we did

You are receiving this bad review because you falsely marked a delivery as picked up and not delivered. Instead of handing the food to the driver, you made a comment heard on the speaker that you’d “get to it when you felt like it”. If your restaurant doesn’t want to fill the delivery orders, then take the machine out of the wall and be done with them. Messing with the livelihood of those just out there trying to work for a living will get you sued.

Easy to drive up to, usually good deals on the Sonic app and if it’s not busy your food/drink comes out fast. Some stuff is cheap. Drinks are good here, usually better with extra syrup in flavored drinks and slushes though.

Ordered onion rings. As you can see from the photo I received ONION PIECES…not acceptable Sonic! Judging by the owners canned replies to negative comments, it’s clear Sonic couldn’t care less about its customers. Let’s see what the owner has to say about the sorry excuse for the food in the picture. Hard to give a canned response to that garbage.

If I could have zero stars, that would be better. I made an online order yesterday for a large water with extra ice, wondering why it was so hard to suck through I just figured they did me right by it being mostly ice. A few hours later, I go to refill my ice and notice a wipe in the cup. The manager laughed at me, corporate offered me a coupon, I will never order from sonic again.

This place has just declined all around. I decided to stop by to get icecreams with the kids. You cant mess up icecream right? Wrong. Aren’t sonic blast sappose to be blended? I don’t know if it was intentional, incompetence, or lack of proper training ? I got my new sonic blast and when you first look at it, it’s nothing but a cup of vanilla ice cream and a little bit of the candy that was sapose to be blended. At this point the girl had pushed my icecream at me and walked away before I had glanced at it. I got home and ate my $6 vanilla icecream only to discover there was a sickly amount of candly on the bottom never blended. At this point it felt intentional because it was un-eatable and my only guess could be because I didn’t tip I don’t tip for bare minimum service restraunts (especially fast food industrys) and this proved my point.
