I got burned hard nasty chicken. The food was gross and over cooked. I asked to eat inside and was still given it in a bag. The chicken was supposed to be original. The extra gravy I paid $1 each for was not the bowl as advertised online; it was a tiny clear plastic cup that wasn’t even half full, maybe a tablespoon’s worth of gravy. I asked about it and showed her the picture and was told “that’s just the cups we use we dont have none of those bowls…” It’s the same damn bowl a small side comes in . Popeyes food is good its the people that serve it that don’t give a damn so its either overcooked, undercooked, cold or just completely wrong. I’d give zero stars if I could.

By far, this was one of the worst food we received from Popeyes. The chicken was bland and the hot wings smelled funny. The maccaroni and cheese had a sour taste. What a waste of money and time! They forgot to bring us our food. After almost twenty minutes waiting, my husband and to go in and get the food. We were passing through and he didn’t want to turn around to get our money back. Don’t waste your time!!

Mid-evening stop in at a MS store off I-20. Party atmosphere behind the counter and in the kitchen brought fun vibes and the chicken was fresh out of the fryers. If I could give 3.5 stars I would! Not quite four star food, but not 3 either.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Popeyes. The workers were incredibly rude from the moment I pulled up. They were too busy having a bad attitude to even pay attention to my order, and when I tried to speak through the intercom, they barely listened. To make it worse, they forgot my drink, and I had to go inside just to get it—only to be ignored again before someone finally handed it over with an attitude. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. The food was atleast good.

The guy at the window taking payments is stealing. I bought a $25 family meal, gave the guy $100, and he gave me $62 in change without giving me a receipt. So I asked for it, and he’d already thrown it in the trash and gave it to me crumpled. I went to check the receipt so I wouldn’t hold up the other cars that were buying, but I ended up leaving because the line was long and I was in a hurry.
The boy’s intention to steal was obvious, and he finally did it. I don’t care about the money, only the bad intentions. I’m not stupid.

The store in Clinton, Mississippi is horrible and has been horrible for years. The workers have terrible attuides and I mean it’s so terrible you just wanna leave. You can hear them cussing all on the microphones. Every time I go they don’t have any tenders, fries and everything is always cold. Y’all also need new managers because they let those kids do anything. It’s the most disrespectful store I ever been to and it doesn’t represent Popeyes or Clinton at all. Please do something about this multiple people are telling you the same thing it’s not a coincidence. Send corporate in and just seen how that store is ran. It’s so terrible and don’t get under this saying your going to fix it just do it.

This is the worst customer service. My husband was in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only to get hard biscuits and chicken that was fried to long. Once he got home I called the store, the manager told me she would replace the chicken, my husband was like do I have to stay in line for that long period of time she said Sir I cant do nothing about the line. ( she could have said I will drop you some fresh chicken so park on the side and I will bring it out to you) I asked for her name she said ma’am you don’t need my name because I am not talking rude to you, I said I do need it, she said what for, I told her I will be calling corporate. I told her my chicken was spicy she said it was not because I only dropped mild. ( They put a spicy wing in my box alone with the breast and thighs she told us we could only have) so I am a liar now. I tried to tell her it was spicy, she got offended and said are yall going to come get this chicken or what so I will know to drop it. I guess we took to long she said we are already short of staff and just hung up in my face. These people need better training or another job. She think I wont get her name and store number but its a matter of time. I remember her, she is always rude looks at you funny and will not speak or great you when she takes your order. If everyone stop going she will not have a job. I wouldn’t hire her to bathe my dog. Customer Service is not it.
