This is review for a side order of fries. It was good side for $5. The fries were crispy and not too greasy, I like the sweet tartar sauce. My friend likes her 3 pieces cods. She likes her cods but it is tiny pieces. But for the price, I guess you cannot expect bigger pieces of Cod. The lady at the register was nice and helpful. Sitting and eating the lake watching the sunset was great.

We went to check out clam lights, a pretty busy activity. There were heaps of people. The staff were slammed and there were several grumpy, impatient customers. Despite a man literally growling loudly, they did a great job. Our food was hot and fresh and well put together etc. We got chowder and chicken sandwiches and French fries and coleslaw and calamari (I think that’s what friend ordered). Much higher quality than other fast food joints. Especially under so much pressure.

Absolutely the most recommended location. The view made it on my top list. Not crowded and the service was good! I think they gave military discount! The staff was patient when they were taking our orders we were not decided on what to pick! The Cajun fish and chips were our favorite. We tried the crab salad and it was surprisingly good too! I did an online order for a full boat and some other things. I wanted Cajun fish. I called as soon as I placed the order to have the fish changed to Cajun since you can’t do that online. I called over and over for 10 mins and no answer finally someone answered and I told her I wanted to change the fish to Cajun. She told me they already started that order I said well I called for over 10 mins and no one would answer the phone. She said well there’s nothing we can do. Anyways I get the order and there are no forks or spoons and I ordered soup and cheese cake. Oh and no crackers for my clam chowder! For 100$ i would think I wouldn’t have to

Awesome place to eat! The cutie pie cashier was running that place like nobody’s business. With efficiency and smiles. Wish I remembered her name. Ivar’s recruits good people and it continues to be a place that can give one a little bit of that good ol days feeling. The quality of their product hasn’t wavered in these tough times. I will take that price increase more easily than most others. Go eat some fish at Ivar’s Coulan Park! Support them, they’re doing right by us.

My Girlfriend came in to purchase dinner for us. We haven’t been to ivars in a while,and thought it would be a great change of pace.
She ordered our food,and the general manager was just throwing it in the bag. My Girl friend commented on that,and he just walked off with a attitude. GM should understand that yes it’s fast food,but it’s a t dinning in prices,and we just wanted to be treated like where appreciated as customers. So the other employee had to help us with our Condiments,because he walked off. Thank goodness the staff was gracious,and not take on the attitude of there GM. The food was great,and thank you

Overall a great experience! This is a restaurant with great views of Lake Washington, solid flavorful seafood and not too pricey. The customer service at this restaurant was amazing, Jennifer was super kind and helpful.

Food gets 3 stars, it is fast food fish and chips after all. Service and Atmosphere each get 4 stars. Would be nice if they brought your food out to you. Nice place to lunch with friends and a great view of boats and airplanes coming and going. Ivars sits in Gene Coulon park, which has plenty of walkways throughout. Great place to walk lunch off and enjoy the scenery.
